Our rental van was absolutely filthy, we had to wipe down the windows with paper towel ourselves. The worker didn't even take us out to the vehicle and walk us around it to inspect it. He just gave us the keys.

My thought is this the best place to deal with in Edmonton as I shopped around for several days... they honoured the move in date and short term quoted rate and did not increase despite the fact that other facilities were charging astronomically higher for a similar size storage bin. Check around first and then call them for a great competitive quote and awesome service!!!

DongHeon K | Overall ExperienceI spent $250.00 for a truck rental that was for less than a day and at the end I was charged $1.68 for excess mileage. So what I remember is my last and negative experience of being charged $1.68 not the overall positive experiences of the truck rental. You might want to give your employees some discretion.
Tim MEverything went well except that we were unable to get an appliance dolly from any uhaul location in the city. We ended up having to rent one from anseperate company for over twice the cost Uhaul charges. However, the truck and the ramp helped tremendously as it was perfect for our needs. We appreciate all of the help!

Mahmoud AI never received the email with the location and time change, when I showed up for the changed timing the guy was late so that added another 40 minutes, when dropping off the location services would not work and the manager for the drop off location did not show up despite telling me a timing. Another couple was there for the same time and could not figure out the drop off stuff. Luckily he had given me a code to get into the compound. Overall good hold have been cheaper and less stress to hire a moving company.

Nathan POnly suggestion I would make is to have the path to the units door cleared with snow. It was treacherous trying to get into the unit. Very inconvenient and unsafe!
Tracena ( | Overall ExperienceI found the customer service really shitty. The person working there missed on providing us basic info. Also, the truck was pretty rusty and the inside meter lighting didnt work. I called in to see any options incase i wasnt able to drop off myself and they didnt help out. Also, they gave us a location which was the farthest one. The service is supposed to convient which it wasnt. My house moving became harder because of them. Even though I thought I was paying to make it easier on myself. I would never use U-haul service again.

lindsey lThe truck was no cleaned out, there was litter in the cab of the truck and the box had to be swept out. There was what appeared to be blood on the corner of the "attic" part of the box. There were also razor blades by the back door we discovered upon opening. The location we went to didn't seem very knowledgeable about the process of renting out a Uhaul, it took exceptionally long to pick up and drop off the rental. I will not be recommending this location nor will I use it again.
