The truck was parked behind the building. The building and area already looked so sketchy. If my husband had not been with me, I don't think I ephedrine went behind the building. The people in the area also looked like addicts. It was just a poor location all together.Semaj M.

We received our estimate of our bill shortly after we picked up the uhaul. We did not receive the final billing statement until I called days later to inquire on when we would receive out final statement. When I called the phone number on the estimated statement the phone number was not in service. I had to look up the phone number to get the correct number.Paul B.

I have very hard time with the online check-in . Had to get the gentleman in the store to help me thankfully he was very helpful. Took nearly 25 minutes to get everything worked out I had to give him my ID and my credit card. Spoke to another person they said they have the same problem with U-Haul moving trucks the online check-in I will probably not do this again.MARYEILEEN L.
The over all online or phone experience is so troublesome. Sometimes the location can't find me or it says my reservation isnt valid. Or the settings are so complex I need support to find me. And this was another location as well not just this one.Anthony T.

This is a 7-11 type store with a few trucks and so really not what I have been accustomed to. I am beginning to think that if a customer makes a reservation at one location...you will shift the order to another under-performing location. I have been using U-Haul for years for my business moves as well personal...it may be time to see what alternatives there may be.RONALD B.

The power steering fluid was almost empty when we picked the truck up and the truck was making terrible noises. We had to buy transmission and fill it up. This location is just a mini mart with no abilities to maintain the equipment.RICHARDHENRY B.

The Online registration was ok to reserve the vehicle however for pickup online was useless. The site would not verify my rental so I had to go into the building. I was trying to avoid in person contact. The cashier was taking other customers while processing my transaction so the process took even longer.Franchell B.

I reserved 2 furniture dollies and 1 upright dolly. The location did NOt have this equipment that I desperately needed for my move. The store offered NO solutions or apologies. When I pressed them they suggested I drive around to different uhaul locations and see if they have it. I told them it was not acceptable that I should have to increase mileage and gas costs because of their inability to keep their promises. He did not offer to call around or find any solutions for me. Do not change the contract. The original contract was for 2 days, 512 miles at a different pickup spot. Then the day of pickup I get an email changing the pickup location (not really a problem) then when the truck is turned in, the contact changed to 3 days and just over 200 miles, so there is a mileage charge. Contract 26111357. The truck worked fine, but this has went from a good experience, to one where I now want to call the Better Business Bureau, from the extra $78 charge. Please fix this.Steven R.

Hours after I returned the truck clean, received call from business stating that I had left it dirty, with "all kinds of stuff"...seemed like a scam to me....refused to allow penalty charge, and thus far have not been charged penalty fee.Only used the truck for about 90 minutes to move a few pieces of wooden furniture.william G.

It was a convenient drop off location for me. This location was only staffed by one employee so no one could check the truck for damage or mileage while I was there. They did send the receipt about 4 hours later and there weren't any issues. A very kind patron of the minimart assisted as I parked the 15 foot truck in the tiny parking spot of the convenience store.June D.

The worker had no idea that I was coming much less that I reserved additional items. She did not have all of the items available, so I was left to pay for items that I did not receive. She was on the phone with Uhaul for a very long time, I suppose trying to figure out the specifics. I expected this to be a smooth process since I did online check in, but it was very far from that. This dealer should not be allowed to rent U hauls. The owner of the store could not even read a fuel indicator correctly. My credit card was charged $92 for not filling the u haul up stating it had 1/8 of a tank. I returned to the store and went to the truck with the owner to prove the truck was 3/4 full. He did process the change, however, I still find it very unsatisfactory that the owner couldn't get the gauge correctly.Steven W.
