Hi, I had rented the 20ft truck fo 6 hrs and 20 miles the estimate was $100 but this store charged me $40 extra. The additional charges were fuel $8.6 and $30 for fuel service which they had not mentioned in the contract when the vehicle was reserved. If they had mentioned that the fuel charges and service charges will be extra I would have filled it. This was not mentioned when the vehicle was picked up or when it was returned. When U-haul helpline was called they mentioned it has to be sorted out between pickup store and myself and they will not intervene. This has left me with very bad experience. Regards,

Noorullah YI have requested for an equipment dolly but it wasn’t in the truck. I got charged for the dolly even though I mentioned that it wasn’t provided.
Vipulkumar PRude and entirely unhelpful customer service. Hostile environment. Unclear instructions. Specs of rental van not clearly defined, instructions for driving not present. I left without driving the van, having had a panic attack due to aforementioned circumstances, and would like a full refund. 0/10.
