I have requested for an equipment dolly but it wasn’t in the truck. I got charged for the dolly even though I mentioned that it wasn’t provided.

Rude and entirely unhelpful customer service. Hostile environment. Unclear instructions. Specs of rental van not clearly defined, instructions for driving not present. I left without driving the van, having had a panic attack due to aforementioned circumstances, and would like a full refund. 0/10.

chandragupta mThe van was so filthy I had to get blankets to cover up the filth before I could even put my furniture in it. The seats were covered with dog hair. The store hours showed 8:00 am for hours but I sat for a half hour waiting for someone to show up to discuss the van and finally called UHaul to explain steps to mobile reservation. I was told to bring documentation of 2 pieces of ID and proof of lease and name of someone to call to verify who I am. Nobody was there to take this info from me. By time I finally got the van I was now down to only having 3 hours left and had no more time to wait to tell someone it was too filthy to take. So I bit the bullet and just used what was provided. The whole process was horrible from start to finish. I will never do this again.
