This location is not safe. The employees were helpful, but a patron threatened to murder and stab me, and was not afraid to do so in front of several people. Would not recommend.
Logan HMy scheduled reservation was at a different location. Uhual customer service was able to schedule a pick up at this location. This location was small but the staff inside was able to help with the key box for key pick up. The key box locks were difficult to use and the key was not in the designated lock box.
Tammy GThe location was fine. But the online system needs real attention, as it basically doesn't work at the place of pick-up. Luckily, the gentleman behind the counter was able to intervene and help us get the key for the truck. This impacted us and another renter on Sunday morning. The program should be debugged and thoroughly tested on all devices, and should work whether you have the UHaul app on your phone or not. Had it not been for MK's help, we would not have been able to pick up the truck as and when needed.
Lisa GI was charged for a dolly and there was none and the phone number is no good I called continuously and just hang up on I would not recommend you. Can I get a refund for the dolly
