The attendant said he would close and process everything 10 mins after i dropped off the vehicle because he had other cars to park but I didn't get my receipt until this morning and was overcharged for milage and gas

Representative didn’t even tell me when I paid for the truck they weren’t available. Could’ve gave me the option to go somewhere else. Would not use this location again

PATRICIAMAYE JVehicle was clean and easily accessible. Staff (I believe his name was John) was friendly and helpful. Only concern was the vehicle was at half a tank when picked up but John assured me that I should bring it back at half a tank as well.
Ashley JMy sister and I recently rented a moving truck from this location. Besides the location being convenient, with on-street parking, and...the truck being well-maintained and spotless, the star of the show was Joe, the manager at the site. He was courteous, helpful, and went above and beyond what was expected. As two older ladies doing a move, we felt that Joe looked out for us and made sure that we were all set. We particularly enjoyed his sense of humor...adding a little levity as we went about our move on an extremely hot and humid day. We will always come back to this location whenever we need to rent a truck!

Walter GI visited the uhaul on 1495 west farms square on Sunday 06/26/24. The service provided was horrible but quick because I felt rushed when no other customer was waiting. The staff present (he was white) provided no form of customer service. In fact he made a face at me several times when I asked him questions, he barely wanted to respond. I only went to this location because the equipment was available. He needs proper training. I also don’t understand why staff doesn’t have a name tag or why staff’s names are not on documents.

Nicholas TThere was no clear signage to indicate it was a U Haul location. After serval turns around the neighborhood we then saw some U-Haul boxes inside a garage for what appears to be a residential parking. After driving off and at a distance, the passenger side mirror was some what inoperable. Unfortunately, because of the date and time and the only truck that appeared to be available, I had no choice but to use the vehicle. Upon return, I told the person in charge of the situation with the mirror.
lisa pAfter I brought back the truck on time, I was still charged for an extra day, which was unfair to me but I called the Corporate Office and I was told they notified the Area Manager Mr Muniz Luis , but until now no one reached out to me.
