Felipe PThe service at this location is probably the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I arranged online to work with a representative in person rather than checking in online. When I got there, no one was available and had to change to online check in. I ordered 6 moving blankets; none were available at this location. The 15' truck I rented was in terrible mechanical shape. When I dropped off the truck, no U-Haul representative was present. I was charged several additional fees like cleaning the truck which I left the same way I received it. FILTHY! I also was initially charged for two days of use when I used the truck for about six hours in one day.
