Robert RI rebted the car with a handtruck, 2 dollies and 12 blankets. They were not there. My moving took me extra effort than it was supposed to take.

Justin BPickup was late, I reserved for 5:30 but key wasn't ready for self pickup. Had to call customer service to resolve, and got the car finally after almost 1 hour wait. Then the reservation deposit glitched and held almost 2.5k, 5 times the amount of the original invoice.
