Pickup was late, I reserved for 5:30 but key wasn't ready for self pickup. Had to call customer service to resolve, and got the car finally after almost 1 hour wait. Then the reservation deposit glitched and held almost 2.5k, 5 times the amount of the original invoice.

The physical driving parts of their truck were all in well maintained condition. However, the headlights didn’t work unless you activated the high beams. The knob for the air blower control doesn’t work properly. And the radio doesn’t work. I would rent from that location again. Also is U-Haul going to install backup cameras for these trucks? It would be a great value add for customers and vehicle safety.
Ernest FOur work truck broke down and the staff was able to get me a one week deal. Convenient location. Overnight Parking is also available. We were able to keep our equipment, materials and tools safe while we were on the job. Would Rent again from here?
