You changed my pick up location from flushing where I live to Bronx in a very short notice, so I have to take Uber to reach Bronx location in very early morning, when called to protest that, they promised to PAY BACK 50 $ and they didn't do that, I took the vehicle with frustration , also they didn't tell about the tolls, so have to pay it more than 70$, anyway my first experience with company is so bad

Great experience at this PU location.
They over charged the customers in goggle said the price of miles range from .69 to 99 cent and they changed you 1.79 a miles plus a lot of hide charge just be careful
Make sure that u let the customer know that this place is a 3rd party and does not carry the equipment that they order on line! Tell Letterman customer know that they have to check in online instead of the location because the website states that you can check in at site location or online.
This location promotes excellent CS and always brings laughter (needed during this time) thank you ðŸ˜Š so much for everything.

The website needs to update the status of this location. There were no dolly's to move equipment , the truck chosen online was unavailable , in fact I was told to go to another location , thankfully someone returned their U-Haul in time or else I would have to change my plans. The contact information is invalid. This is a terrible location.
So let me back track my reversion was for 02/01/20 @ 12 pm at 1251 Webster when I arrived to pick up the truck I was told my reservation was cancel and that it was for 01/31/20 which was not true tho let me say I did receive an e mail for 1/13/20 and I right away called uahl I was told to disregard that email that reservation was not in record the only one they see itâ€™s for 2/1/20 okay so fainley I was transferred to a supervisor that was able to get me a truck at west farms road and I was told the truck will be ready at 1:30 pm on 2/1/20 I got to the rental location at 1pm okay find I knew I was half hour early I explain my situation to the two nice gentleman that work there I waited til from 1pm till 3:15 for the truck to arrive itâ€™s not the guys that work threre fault itâ€™s hula fault die that my reservation was canceled due to u hauls mistake this really messed up my whole day cuz the helpers I had not could no longer help me and had to leave I canâ€™t blame them cuz they waited with my for three hours and I had to pay them regardless needless to say now I got the truck at 3:15 pm which also messed up my whole day and I wasnâ€™t able to move everything out because now I have no help I can only move what I can not only was I very disappointed mad and angry this is not okay and unfair to customer now waited my time also and money and at the lend my movers had to leave cuz after waiting three hours their time was up Iâ€™m very very unhappy with this service and I want to know why my reservation was canlce. Or like I was told they didnâ€™t find my reservation mind you I received my text confirmation for 2/1/20 and my email confirmation so Iâ€™m not sure where did u haul go wrong please I would like someone to contact me thank you Jerodriguez169&yahoo.com
Last minute change of location. Very inconvenient and customer service was terrible. His focus and attention was on the garage business. I rented blankets and none were available at this location. No ezpass which was inconvenient. Will never rent again and never refer. It was a very expensive one way trip!
If the mileage is wrong employees should be trained on how to correct it.
Give customers all the necessary information. I was told that I would get a bill for the tolls which was alright, but when I returned the van the next person told me that I will be charged double for the tolls which is not right and robbery

We went to pick up the van before 8am (made online reservation the day before). The person that took care of us was very helpful and gave us the van in just a few minutes of paperwork. We removed the $25 insurance since I have Full insurance with my own car and Geico covers rentals. Then, in the afternoon we just returned it and the guy got into the van read the miles and parked it. Very easy! Definitively I would go back to this place
