It was very crowded and tight parking area
PHILLIP LThis place felt sketchy. I went for an evening drop off and some random dude pulled up in a car and told me to follow him down an alley to a different drop off location. They should have listed that the drop off location was down the alley by the car wash not at the gas station itself. There wasn’t a key return dropbox- instead I had to give the key to the gas station clerk. It all worked out but everything seemed weird.
ALEXANDER KPut me in a truck and the engine light was on. Said all is good. Made it 30 miles and the AC went out. Edwin the area field manager in west Palm beach area. Said he was swapping my truck out and never did and quit answering his phone.

CHRISTOPHER TThis is an unmanned location situated in a defunct car wash. The app could not confirm my location so I could not complete the self return. The lot is trashy and has to be entered via an alleyway between Southern Boulevard and Conniston Rd. Vehicles and trailers are all over the place and you just have to find a spot where you think it's going to be OK to leave your truck. Then you need to search to find the key drop box. Poor in all respects.

Steven DThe place is a dump, hidden, and very confusing to the customer on where to get the truck and return. They have the drop box on the other side of the bldg, very much hidden and they don't tell you exactly where to drop the key. They just tell you by the car wash, then I had to figure it out after walking around a few minutes. Just very unprofessional.

NICOLAS LI had to wait over an hour after my appointment time just to get the code to get the keys for the vehicle and no one was available in person to assist and I had to speak to multiple people over the phone. Horrible customer service.
Adam BStaff was friendly and helpful. Trucks are kept nearby in an old car wash that is defunct. Truck leaked rain in both doors. Bed of truck was dirty with wood debris and dirt. Truck otherwise ran well, handled well. Check in and check out was painless.

David Byou should improve your app beacause it take to long to be use, realy take me more than an hour to pick up a van and like 30 minutes to return, this was realy crazy and disgusting
Mariela MThis renting on line is horrible. This was a total nightmare!!! The app wasn’t working . The system stalled for 2 hours and even with IT support wasn’t doing it. I would not recommend using it. The worst experience of my life and the stress level that I went through it’s unexplainable!!! Because I received a text that they will going to canceled my reservation in hour when I was on 2 phones with support! What a nightmare of a rental!!
MARIA GI'd recommend because of the people however, we came back because of a lock on the truck, which I agree we should have caught. But with extending the use, it seems we are now being charged daily, its all very confusing and creates too much paperwork! and too many emails, plus when I tried calling, no one could hear me at Uhaul and then the calls went straight to voice mail- however I couldn't leave one, cause it was full!!! I'm pretty disappointed and will look at other companies to rent from in the future. We have been supporters of Uhaul the past few years... very dissapointed

Victoria CWas at the location debating the attendant for hours trying to drop off my truck. I would NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone. Unless you decide to have your own locations and not these terrible authorized dealers who don’t care at all about customer service.
Elizabeth SI tried calling the number on the contract and was hung up on by a non-English speaker. When I showed up they said U-Haul was closed and I couldn’t drop off equipment. I told them I was going to leave the equipment and use your app. I asked them where did they want the trailer. They said I couldn’t leave it. I showed them a spot next to a couple other trailers and told them I was putting it there. As I was about to drive away they came running out and told me I had to move it and showed me a location. I reattached the trailer and moved it to that spot. My previous experiences with U-Haul have been positive, this one’s drop off really soured me. Won’t use this location again even if I’ve got to drive a lot further.

SCOTT P1st we signed up for a truck in Boynton Beach and we got switched to W Palm and we were moving south which was a big inconvenience then the truck I got it’s steering was very loose and hard to control also very poor acceleration. Suggest getting this truck checked out.
Oswald TAbsolutely worst and most difficult process I have ever experienced trying to rent a car or any form of product in my life. You would think I was trying to enter the white house or crossing the border into America with how difficult and time consuming this was. The fact that I had to be "vetted" by 3 separate people when I have an active driver's license in order to rent a van is out of control and took over 2 hours to rent the vehicle making me late to the event I needed it for. You will certainly be losing a customer and I will relay how difficult Uhaul makes the rental process to everyone I know. The van also smelled like cow manure.
Virginia SU-Haul window was in a very cramped corner store. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful but there was virtually no place to stand while waiting for a previous customer to finish their transaction.

Nigel MThis was the single worst experience I have ever had with a company of any kind. No service at all. Forced to use an app that is horrible. The van I reserved had bald tires and I was driving 70 miles in the poring rain. Nobody on the phone could help. I did not use the van but see I have been charged for the usage And mileage. I will never use U-Haul again and will be letting everyone know on social media.
David SWe found a U-Haul a little over 2 miles away. Confirmed online they had a truck. Called for an hour and could not get a person, or a returned call. Walked to the location where the truck sat outside, and was told it wasn't available. After much conversation was put in contact with another U- Haul a mile away. They did not have a truck, but had a cargo van that would work. Walked another mile to that location. They said the vehicle was available, but we had to process it all online. We had to download an app, setup an account and process the order. Once we were ready to process the order, their system wasn't working properly. After multiple calls, and speaking with a half dozen people, we finally got the keys. Spent an hour picking up our package. Now for the easy part, returning the van. We called U-Haul and they said to return it to the office before 5 and they would take the keys and process the return. At 4:21 the clerk at U-Haul said they didn't know what they were talking about, that he wasn't allowed to touch the van. I had to drive back to the lot and process the return online. It took about 30 minutes and 15 pictures to process. At 9 this morning I started the process. I used the van for one hour and 21 minutes. I just got back to the home at 5:30. It took an entire day to rent a van for less than 1-1/2 hours. The app and online process does not work. There needs to be a person, on site, that can process rentals when issues like this arise. There also needs to be a phone contact at the local location that can be reached with questions and specific information about the location and available equipment. This was definitely my worst rental experience ever.
Jade LThe pick up was great. The Gentleman there was super nice and good at his job. Pickup was a breeze. The location was changed to there, but did not have any negative effect. Kinda tight, but he got me out of there. Very detailed in proper hookup and checking all was working. 4th time trailer rental and this was the best. Your agent is first class! Nothing negative to report.

JIMMY MYour switch to making customers download the app to rent was a horrible experience. It took me a ton of extra time that I didn't have to waste. The process was much smoother and easier before. The app is glitchy and I had to start the process over multiple times. Just awful!! Also, I didn't have a person ready to answer a phone call to "verify me" at the time of my rental or notification of any sort that I would need one. I've used Uhaul many, many times in the past, but I now will consider using another company for my next rental. So disappointing. The only saving grace was the attendant at the location who was apologetic and kind through the process. He gets an A+.

Sherina BThe truck was driving funny first of all. I was overbooked and had to go to a different place to pick up a truck being that the last place didn’t have extras. Which pushed back my move & movers about an hr n half. I had to call my movers and have them come half an hr later.
