The girl who was working that day was very rude and very unprofessional shirt tied up in the back, left the counter with a customer to go cut someone out at the gas station gave me the runaround finish my paperwork and still made me wait until she was done with another customer to give me a paper in a key, I would not recommend anyone to rent from here. I have pictures and everything.
Vickonda WIt was a great experience, I had a little bump in the road to where our trip got extended, and I was not able to return the trailer on the inicial day, an dthey were able to fix this issue with just a phone call. I also love that they have a QR code to scan if I ever had a problem while on the road. I felt secure the entire trip no matter what problems arose. THANK YOU GUYS!!

Sandy SThe service provided by this location was the worst I ever seen in whole life. My pick up time was 9:30am, they give me the chuck 11:30am I had to wait 2 hours. They double charge me for nothing. They didn’t provide me an additional equipment I ordered, they charged me and not provide it. They made me walk almost one might to go get the chuck. I have to take The chuck just because I didn’t have choice because I had a wedding. This service was exactly the definition of caos. If there’s something worst them than bad is the service I received. Not recommended.
Erilien CThe gas station has a tiny uhaul sign that is impossible to see from the road. There is nobody to help you connect or disconnect your trailer. Entire store only had 1 teenage girl employee. I will not use this location again.

JOHN Sinstructions clearly stated to drop off key in box, the owner or the presumed owner said no to hand key to her. I said I’m following the instructions. Owner or presumed owner proceeded to block me from deposition key. Owner or presumed owner then stated they will not receive truck that I must take it somewhere else. If truck was left it would be towed. I got in contact with support and they said it’s okay to leave key with owner which I did. If providing the key to the presumed owner is standard practice this should be stated under the instructions furthermore a picture of the owner should be present.

JOHN SThe only issue that I can see anyone having with that location is that the lot is off that alley and there's no forward pull through ability--have to back-up to hitch a trailer and back-up to return a trailer. And, FYI, that alley has some huge potholes in it. The staff at the gas station was fine--the gentleman manning the lot was the best! He was a real character and super nice and professional.

JAMES JPlease make sure to clean the trucks after each rental. The cab and interior of the truck I used were dirty and had a strong odor. I’m not overly picky, but it comes across as careless not to clean them between uses.

LEAH MThis location was able to fill my needs. The Holiday alt. 19 hwy. Lied said they didn’t have a trailer I reserved 5 weeks. I drove by the location and they had 4. Very disappointed. Next time I will rent from other means.

PHILLIP LThis place felt sketchy. I went for an evening drop off and some random dude pulled up in a car and told me to follow him down an alley to a different drop off location. They should have listed that the drop off location was down the alley by the car wash not at the gas station itself. There wasn’t a key return dropbox- instead I had to give the key to the gas station clerk. It all worked out but everything seemed weird.
ALEXANDER KPut me in a truck and the engine light was on. Said all is good. Made it 30 miles and the AC went out. Edwin the area field manager in west Palm beach area. Said he was swapping my truck out and never did and quit answering his phone.
