The service provided by this location was the worst I ever seen in whole life. My pick up time was 9:30am, they give me the chuck 11:30am I had to wait 2 hours. They double charge me for nothing. They didn’t provide me an additional equipment I ordered, they charged me and not provide it. They made me walk almost one might to go get the chuck. I have to take The chuck just because I didn’t have choice because I had a wedding. This service was exactly the definition of caos. If there’s something worst them than bad is the service I received. Not recommended.
Erilien CThe gas station has a tiny uhaul sign that is impossible to see from the road. There is nobody to help you connect or disconnect your trailer. Entire store only had 1 teenage girl employee. I will not use this location again.
