I was charged a cleaning fee even though I swept out the back. I've never had this issue with renting a U-Haul before. My son found trash and a stuffed anima in the cab that did not belong to us, so apparently they don't check after everyone. I won't use this location again.Sarah M.

Returned truck after hours at this location. Heads up for anyone doing the same, drop the keys inside the slot of the door. I think this location should have a sign on the front door that tells you to do this because I didn't know and there wasn't a U-Haul drop box like the website tells you to look for so I was confused and found a lockbox with U-Haul on it and put the keys in there (turns out those boxes are only for truck pick up). Employee who called me on the phone looking for keys was polite!Elizabeth T.

This company needs to make sure that the previous payment matching with the amount charged from the debit. My previous payment says $181.32 but my bank was charged $208.00. Also take accountability for their mistake when made instead blaming the bank. The needs to make sure it has a for sure pick-up location. I received a call everyday after I made the reservation. The owner had no idea how to properly secure my car on the tow dolly. I watched a video and he was supposed to secure the seatbelt to the steering wheel. At a rest area I checked and straps were completely off. I have a video. When I placed my order the pickup location was changed 3 times. First Newnan then. Columbus Georgia I told her I was not driving 56 miles south to get a truck then 56 miles to load said truck then 56 miles to get my car on the trailer then 56 miles to start my trip. She told me that it was only place to pick up both pieces of equipment I needed. That is how I ended up in West Point Ga with a truck and dolly instead of a trailerNola R.

Excellent experience. We were in and out extremely fast. The lady working was efficient, friendly and super nice. She had everything done and we were on our way in time to beat the huge rainstorm we had looming overhead! We have rented from there before and will do so in the future as our need arises.MICHAEL S.

I had a bad experience with U Haul. Booked a month in advance to a outlet 2 miles from house. Had to drive 35 miles to pick up what I ordered. Told I'd get a 55 dollar credit. Did not! But given an extra day and a few more miles which I did not need!!!!! Told I could drop off at any location. Was not told it would cost!Michael C.

Well I dropped off tow dolly before work. I get a call from them telling me that I did not park it where they wanted it and if I did not come back and move the tow dolly I would be charged a fee for them to move it. I had to.leave work to go over there and.move the tow dolly where they wanted it. I have never heard anything like this before when I have rented a uhaul. This was totally unacceptable for me to have to leave work and come over there and move a tow dolly. I will not rent from this Uhaul dealer again.William H.

I dropped the Uhaul off at this location on Sunday. Monday, I received an email stating I was charged for fuel because it was below 7/8ths listed on contract. I remember double checking after filling it with gas yesterday that it was indeed over 7/8ths. I called the location and while the girl was very friendly, she said that it showed 3/4ths and that they had to charge. I informed her I would be coming to check myself what the gas gauge read and she said okay. A few minutes later, she called me back saying her manager went out and reread the truck and he was mistaken. It was in fact 7/8ths and the smaller trucks have different numbers. I was given a refund quickly, but I just have to wonder if this was truly a mistake or done hoping I wouldn't care about the charge. This is the 2nd time dropping off and the woman was very nice so I really do hope it was a mistake.Philip J.

I had to drive 30 minutes to this location to get this truck. It is also in a different time zone. I believe you can and should move the truck to the location the customer specified. Who is paying for my time and expense to drive half hour to get this truck? This is the LAST time I will use U-haul, even if I have to pay twice the going rate. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about how pathetic U-Haul is. I'm 63 years old and if I had .25 for every truck, trailer, and tow dolly I've rented from U-Haul in my lifetime, I could retire.Michael M.
