schertz location great, very polite and they hooked up trailer prior to me getting thier. The military and rigsbie location were horrible between both locations i was delayed 6 hrs military location they couldn't find keys to truck and rigsbie location truck wasn't available due to customer not returning truck. . Employee at counter wasn't aware how to check that truck wasn't even logged in at the facility and his cumputer mouse wasn't working properly. I would like to be reimbursed a small percentage for delaying me ,my wife was extremely mad. My brother in law pasted away and we were gathering his belongings. 956-522-2464 please call me if anything can be arranged for a discount.
AMADOR GNEVER try to return a 6x12 trailer by yourself on a Sunday. The 6x12' cargo trailer has no jack to lift the tongue from the hitch and it's way to heavy for a 72 y/o man except when there's no alternative and he's pissed. My back today is telling me that I should have paid another $25 and waited until today to return it... I do NOT understand why this unit does not have a tongue jack...!!

SHERELENE GWestside Storage was the location I used in Mission,TX. Very clean and very organized with all you need on your moving experience. The lady name Ms. Adriana was very polite and very helpful with my needs. I would recommend this location to friends and family. I will definitely come back for service again in the future.
JOSE VTrailer was very dirty, apparently after it's last use no washing or cleaning occurred. Tires were in good shape. No issues with the trailer on a 1300 mile trip.
RICKIE OWouldn’t do an inspection of equipment with me for damage at rental time stated it was already done. Also no inspection done on tires as right rear tire was low and I had to keep over filling with air on daily basis for the 3000 km trip. Tire had a screw in the putter edge of tread. Was only concerned with the hitch hook up to tow vehicle, took pictures. This place is under new ownership as the older man must have died. Have used this place for rental in the past and received better service.

DAVID ONot much left to improve. This location was on their game. They were prompt, helpful and made sure the trailer I rented was double checked for safety. The transaction was quick and easy. Keep up the good work.

ANTHONY RI had a bad customer experience with the counter person in this location. I booked (and got billed) for an appliance dolly an she just told me "I dont have that, take it or leave it.". I complain about it and she reply to me: "I can cancel your reservation if I want to". I have to take it because I needed (had labor scheduled to help me with my move). The truck was also full of pet (cat or dog) hair, I had to clean it.
CARLOS Pi was overcharged for 1 days rental and the insurance was also overcharged on this move,i paid in full when i picked it up then there was a extra charge for the unit a little confusing

David DSnafu! Original pickup arranged for Morgan Street facility in Harlingen. Got there and were told pickup location had been changed to Mission, an hour away. No prior notification. Grrrrr. Lost two hours in our schedule, forcing an additional night’s stay in Harlingen before being able to head to Corpus Christi. Other than that, went well.

Roberto VAndrea is awesome, she accommodated all my needs for the rental of the 15 foot truck & the auto transport, as well as allowing me to return the 5 by 8 trailer I'd mistakenly rented a couple of days prior. What a good sport with a great attitude. She also answered a couple of questions and addressed my concerns for any situation that might come up. The icing on the cake was when she told me about the process at the border patrol station and very welcome to also hear from her not to use toll roads, it was a bit rougher on the way home without them but I save a ton of $$$. Andrea, thank you for top notch customer service!

Michael SLocation needs employees that take their job seriously. Tried to drop off at 1:30 in the afternoon, people back from lunch are already. Had to drop and leave trailer. Came back to take picture to make sure I had evidence that I drop the trailer off at employee told me they were closed at 1:30 in the afternoon.

Douglas AThe office was closed on Monday, which was understandable being labor day. However, the office was supposed to be open the following Tuesday, so I could officially return the truck by the deadline. Instead, the office still wasn't open Tuesday morning, so I had to leave the truck at the office (I had meetings all day and could not sit around waiting for someone to show up). Since I had blankets and a dolly in the truck, I had to leave the truck padlocked and left the padlock key with the truck key in the key drop off box at the office. Also, despite dropping off the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas (which was more than what I got when I picked up the truck on 9/2), the office staff incorrectly noted that only 1/8 tank was left and charged me an additional fuel charge.
