This was actually my second uhaul business to drop the trailer. First place no one was there. Called the number left at the door, no one answered. Went to voice mail after several rings, and the message box was full!! Couldn't leave a message. Such Bullshit. I Googled the business and found a different phone number. Called it. Guy answered and told me to drop the trailer there at the business. I told him I couldn't remove the trailer from my truck because of my bad back. He couldn't tell me when he could get there to help. Bullshit! He told me to take it to the place I did drop it off. SHE helped me (Angie) take it off my vehicle. She was EXCELLENT!!! Loved working with her. Apparently this has been an ongoing issue with the first business. He doesn't show up for the drop offs, but only wants credit for when a customer wants to rent. UHAUL needs to remove this business from this guy. He is at 1500 Industrial in Mission TX.
