Truck was noisy. Floor dirty. Trash in door pocket. Couldn't adjust passenger mirror, afraid we would break it. Seal on passenger door bad, can hear wind whistling through it.

You guys are extremely great truck is perfect!! Our trip was absolutely nice thank you for keep the trucks in excellent condition that make huge difference.

Passenger Door rubber trim seems to allow excessive wind noise into the cabin. Doesn't seem natural (i.e. similar noise doesn't come from driver's door).

A very small dealer in a convenience store. Has no supplies and did not even have pads. Had to go to another dealer to get pads.

Man behind counter could barely speak English. Sketchy, scary thugs in parking lot. Clerk did not return vehicle in system for nearly 3 hours. I was charged $77 for fuel even though I returned it with the same amount we started with.

I rented a Uhaul with blanquets, raatchet straps and dollys. There were no blanquets available, nor straps and only 1 dolly. The person attending was nice

Employee was absent when I arrived at my scheduled pickup time. Had to wait 40 minutes. Also, no person answered my calls for the location nor for U-Haul. Consider other rentals.

It was a little tight getting the truck in, but we appreciated that it was at a gas station so we could fill it up before dropping off

Barely spoke English, couldn’t really tell me I was at a U-Haul drop-off location. No clear spot to park the 29’ truck (small, dirty gas station), no signage. Very sketchy.
