I ordered a utility dolly and an appliance dolly. Neither were provided and I wasn’t informed until the pickup. They sent me to another location that was (almost) even more sketchy. Highly inappropriate and unacceptable. I was forced to move without any of the equipment I requested, and even still charged for the utility dolly on the invoice. I am very disappointed and will never use U-Haul again unless there is something adjusted.
