ERIC NThis whole rental was a mess from the start. Requested a truck less than a quarter mile away. They called and said the truck was not available that they moved my pick up to a location 11 miles away. Well that add $22 to my rental just for mileage so asked if they could prorate me or give any discounts. The gentleman said they could give me a 10 mile reduction to cover half. Not even an 3 hours later another person from uhaul calls saying they need to move my pick up location. Told them about the previous call and apparently there was no notes that i agreed to the new location and no nuts about my discount. So have to renegotiate with this woman. She claims they can't prorate miles but agrees to updrage me from a 15ft truck to a 20ft due to the inconvenience. Agway then calls while i am working asking if there was a mistake with my rental and to call them back about what size vehicle i am getting. So i call 10 minutes before they close and no one answers.... arrive the day of rental and it's a 15ft, not the 20ft that i was promised (have the email showing 20ft) and no prorate on the mileage. Over all, horrible experience. No one that you call has any clue cause no notes are taken.

JONATHAN GI’m still waiting for a call back to talk about why I loaded up the Uhaul and my help left only to find out it wouldn’t start so we had to wait till someone brought a new battery to put in. The truck was just not up to my standards of past experience. I missed hours of loading and unloading then had to do it myself the next day. I feel I should get some type of refund. I was told by the dispatch that some would contact me. Lucky I’m not in the hospital with my arthritis and back pain. Will never take an old truck again.

PATRICIA NNoah of West York Agway was great! He provided travel & nearby gas station directions, Also, he gave some guidance to ensure we understood the return gas tank requirements. He even helped with the our truck padlock. Overall, we had a very positive experience with West York Agway!
ROERT KThe truck had three dings/cracks in the windshield. In addition, there was a large ring etched in the windshield in front of the steering wheel which was distracting during driving. The passenger side mirror was fixed and unable to be adjusted which made side viewing impossible. The U-Haul truck had a very strong cigar odor. I brought it to the attention of Noah at AGWAY. To his credit, he and his employee took the time to spay and wipe down the truck cab which did minimize the odor. In our opinion, this should have been thoroughly checked prior to scheduled arrival. We purposely scheduled pickup at the U-Haul owned facility in York. From our experience, the vehicles at the company owned stores are better maintained and prepped. This was changed by U-Haul without our permission or courtesy of a phone call.
Kenneth SNoah and other staff are excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and motivated to suit customers needs.Ive used their services several times and have been very satisfied with them.

Christopher BI didn’t receive the appliance dolly that I added to my order . The place I picked up the truck had a fire that morning in the building. I couldn’t go inside to get assistance. I was having trouble with the app. loading my pics of the truck before I left the lot. However I don’t know because at pick up and dropping the truck off I was unable to speak to a human.

BILL LI was switched to this location after the truck I had originally ordered became unavailable. This ended up being an off-hours pickup - which became an extensive headache, as the location had not set up the truck pickup correctly. It took over an hour for me to get the truck, which set me behind on my move. I'm not sure if this was the location's issue of the U-Haul online service. But, it was very problematic.
Joanna SThey were very nice and made the pick up easy. But upon rturn we were charged a fuel fee because it is showing on the paperwork that we returned the van wth 3/4 of a tank oif gas instead of the 7/8 that it actually was. I submitted photos on the return app as intructed and yet we were still charged an additional amount that we should not have been. I sent an email to the email address listed on the invoice but I have not heard anything back yet.
Linda PThe staff went out of their way to make sure I had the best experience with U-Haul. A truck that initially had been selected had some issues and they quickly replaced it with another truck. Very please with their service.
