The Truck had no air condition Up North it can be ok but utilizing as a one way ... the temperatures were hot So upon our arrival we were both extremely hot, sweaty and it showed by the glossiness of our faces. I paid a fee UHAUL outlined Not to be exhausted from heat I advised the drop off point of the no air Management with authority can review and adjust the credit card for that inconvenience All else the truck did its purpose. This has nothing to do with the pickup location but rather the corporate location. Considering that I reserved my 15' truck almost 4 weeks prior to actually needing it because I knew the holiday weekend was going to be busy I was very disappointed when I was told that the size wanted wasn't going to be at the location I requested, but 30 mins and 20 miles further away, and not until 3 hours after I requested it. Because of time line of my move the best they could offer was a 10' truck - but I was not given any sort of discount since U-haul couldn't come through with my reservation. Had I not found this out less then 24hrs before I move and on a holiday weekend I would have probably cancelled and gone with someone else. I'll definitely be looking to use another rental company in the future.

Uhaul makes it not user friendly to do the review. It took 20 minutes to get someone to answer the phone. When I did talk to someone they passed me to a supervisor who looked at the goat rope paper trail. The supervisor said the area manager will call me because none of the processes was done correctly . I am being billed $33 more than my original bill. I tried to do the math from the online bill to my credit card bill to the invoice at pick up. Must be new math that does not work on the calculator. It's OK UHaul made money out of their mistakes. Will think twice before using them again. Area manager is going to see what he can do with the charges but no guarantees.

THIS location was great. Very helpful....after we had a three hour debacle between our original booking and being saved by the folks at Agway after Pittenger's completely dropped the ball, and Uhaul national was a nightmare. This was supposed to be a 5-6 hour project, including two hours each way to pickup location . It took 12. It was a nightmare and ruined our entire anniversary.

Drove 600 miles from Michigan to Pennsylvania. The truck was brand-new, and clean. However, once I reached Michigan, I stopped for a moment to visit my mother. When I hopped back into the truck to leave, the truck would not start. I had no electrical power. I was parked on a side street, and left the hazard lights running, so I assumed that the battery was dead. I opened the hood to jump start it, and first realized that the oil cap was sitting inside the hood, not screwed into place. No big deal, I replaced it and continued getting ready to jump start it. When I reached for the battery cables with my jumpers, I realized that the positive battery cable was completely OFF of the terminal! Hence, the reason I had no power. As I put the cable back on the terminal, I realized that NEITHER of the battery cable clamps had been tightened down. If they had popped off while I was going through the mountains, fully loaded, pulling a trailer, I would have lost steering and braking ability, possibly causing an accident and serious injury or death. The inspection process needs to be revised at this station.

I didn't know, nor was informed, that the 10' truck did NOT have a ramp. Discovered that it didn't when we were at the moving site w! A dolly full of furniture.

No contact with personnel as I did self check in (which was awesome). I called when agway opened and gentleman that answered phone was not familiar with self check in but stated other staff were and would check the truck in some time that day (i was nervous that i didnt compleye self check in right as the app did not update to show the truck being returned until the guys at agway checked it in. But, everything was fine in the end.

The truck had a "death shake" at 55mph. Unfortunately I did not find this out until I was loaded and half way to destination. It violently swayed all over road and shook so bad that the mirrors would lose position. Not that you could even see anything from Mirrors while they were shaking. I was terrified to drive this but was told I would be charged more if I didn't bring it back. I plan on cancelling payment if a resolution is not made including repairs done on truck to ensure someone else does not have to endure what I did. Also headlights shine to the extreme right. Who inspected this truck and how is it safe to be on road?

The online process to pick up before store hours is time consuming and when my husband accidentally turned my phone off while taking a required picture we could not get back to that point in the process. Then when I did a live chat to get help, I stayed my problem, went through several steps to identify myself and THEN the agent asks what the problem was SO I had to go through it again. Overall that took an hour!!! Would not recommend this process. Much easier to deal with a person on sight.

DISPUTE - Please involve Customer Service. My truck (the tow vehicle) broke down in Ashtabula Ohio. I called this West York Agway to tell them that my roundtrip was now impossible. They updated my contract and told me to drop the trailer 2 blocks away at Harley's Service Center (another UHaul agent). They assured me the rental would still not exceed $158. Harley billed me $369!! I am disputing that charge - DOUBLE what Agway told me. I called Harley's and they have no idea how to help. I called 1-800 Uhaul and your rep told me there is a "wrong destination" charge (NOT SHOWN ON MY RECEIPTS!!). She also said THIS form is the only way I can start a billing dispute. WHO WOULD KNOW THAT? Your customer service to agents, and centrally, is not consistent or easy to navigate - and I'm an attorney who helps people with disputes for a living.
