The equipment was ready as scheduled and the pickup and return process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful.
Richard S.Did not deal with this location directly, I did everything on the app. The issue I had was with the app/pick up. I had to come back THREE different times to try to pick up over two days. Had to move my reservation each time. Every time I went to try to pick up, I would get errors when attempting to check in, and the people that called my wife to verify my identity were very rude. The pick up process as a whole was very very frustrating and quite honestly rediculous. If using the app to pick up is going to be this difficult, it shouldn't be offered as an option. I had to take an additional day off of work to come in the following day to pick up the rental and lost a day of moving time. Very unhappy and disappointed with my experience.
