BILL LI was switched to this location after the truck I had originally ordered became unavailable. This ended up being an off-hours pickup - which became an extensive headache, as the location had not set up the truck pickup correctly. It took over an hour for me to get the truck, which set me behind on my move. I'm not sure if this was the location's issue of the U-Haul online service. But, it was very problematic.
Joanna SThey were very nice and made the pick up easy. But upon rturn we were charged a fuel fee because it is showing on the paperwork that we returned the van wth 3/4 of a tank oif gas instead of the 7/8 that it actually was. I submitted photos on the return app as intructed and yet we were still charged an additional amount that we should not have been. I sent an email to the email address listed on the invoice but I have not heard anything back yet.

James AThe equipment was ready as scheduled and the pickup and return process was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful.
Richard SDid not deal with this location directly, I did everything on the app. The issue I had was with the app/pick up. I had to come back THREE different times to try to pick up over two days. Had to move my reservation each time. Every time I went to try to pick up, I would get errors when attempting to check in, and the people that called my wife to verify my identity were very rude. The pick up process as a whole was very very frustrating and quite honestly rediculous. If using the app to pick up is going to be this difficult, it shouldn’t be offered as an option. I had to take an additional day off of work to come in the following day to pick up the rental and lost a day of moving time. Very unhappy and disappointed with my experience.

JARED FThis location was excellent! Noah helped us and he made sure we knew clearly how to handle drop off after hours and made sure equipment was in satisfactory condition before leaving with the truck. However, I will say the Uhaul app which I was told to download is a nightmare. Even after chatting online with a service rep, my order never was attached to the app. I asked that furniture pads and a furniture Dolly be removed from my order and it never was. Please work on the app to make it more intuitive and user friendly.

Latisha STold the young man when I picked up the truck exactly when I would be bringing it back. He gave me a price which I paid. The next day they’re calling me asking when I’m dropping the truck off. They said “Oh well then we have to charge you an extra day.” They said it would be an extra $39 so even though the original salesman misquoted me I wasn’t going to argue about the $39. When I got the final bill it was more than twice that so I called. “Welll there’s additional fees, taxes bla bla bla”. I have no problem paying what I owe but their communication skills and full explanation of costs involved are very poor.
