My pickup location was switched twice, one of which was at the pickup time...
Natalie BThey are listed as being open at 9am but no one at the property was present. Someone else was also at the location trying to pick up a uhaul and was equally confused as to why no one was present. Also, there is no uhaul key dropbox to leave you keys for the app drop off process. I had to call uhaul customer service and a helpful representative informed me to leave the keys to the tuck in the driver side visor.

Andre SArea to pick up is congested. The office is dark and gloomy because of a short in the fixture. The office serves as a living quarters as well. I had a coupon-credit that the business owner refused to honor because he did not nor did he want to learn how to process the transaction. The wi-fi is constantly in and out. I had to wait until he could get a connection to get my rental. About a 45 minute process. No customer service what so ever.

Jose VTerminate this franchisee's contract. I did not choose this location. The so-called "owner" passed uncalled for remarks. He is a slow moving creature. Lazy. He did not give me any printed contract, the insurance paperwork, etc. He said that he will send a receipt to my email but never did until I returned the vehicle and asked for it again. So basically I did not have any paperwork on me. This is not my first time using U-Haul. I have used other locations before and I find this one was the worst. Avoid this guy. He nags like a great grand mother. Avoid this place at all cost. He is stingy and a miser. He cannot afford to buy a printer and paper? How to be a businessman if you do not want to spend money to earn money? Useless guy.
