check in was not easy, had to call multiple times. i reserved an appliance dolly, i was not on the truck. my daughters and i had to carry our appliances, was nto happy at all.

SOCKALINGAM NThe employee wasnt there to give us to key because he "went to church." Took a long time for customer service to switch to mobile pick up and the process was long and stressful. The 26' truck we rented was infested with cockroaches. Uhaul customer service was no help. Roadside assistance was no help. We took a while killing the cockroaches because we really needed to hurry and move. The whole experience was awful.
Daniel KLocation was not open despite U-Haul saying location was open. The truck I selected was not available an it took nearly an hour on the phone to get another truck. The truck I got worked and was fine but the service was not goo.
