Your app & online process need considerable improvements. During booking & drop off, both the website and application gave me issues signing in, staying signed in, and continued to crash whilst clicking through different options. The app is also extremely unintuitive. One of the first things on screen should be the link to the drop off process since you force people to download the app to complete it. We couldn’t even get through the process which was incredibly anxiety inducing not knowing if we did all the things necessary before drop off. It is important to be mindful of that during a time when there are extra fees and charges for everything. When I called support for help, my wait time was HOURS. That’s so unacceptable. You basically aren’t providing service at that point. The only reason this has any stars is because of the polite & timely service at the location, which speaks more to the private owners and employees than u-haul itself.

Marcie GCorrect the address on google please. We went to Rt 55 is where maps sent us. We had passed u-haul. We went back and hound it right away on our own.

Jennifer MTheir hours are limited. I forgot to get blankets/mattress bags and had to drive to another location to get them because they closed at 12 on Sunday. They close at 4 during the week. I'd use a location with better hours next time.

Ken SConsidering it's a landscape dealer, they could provide more than a muddy lot. The service was good. Perhaps they could take a little more time to go over the trailer/truck operation and safety.

TODD FThis is the best dealer in the area! I've gone here many times since they've opened. They help you with every need....always hook the equipment up...check all the lights.... I've been sent to the dealer down the road near I55....and he sucks! Its a gas station and he stands inside bullet proof glass and DOES NOT hook up any trailers....DOES NOT check ant lights...NOTHING but paper work... NO customer service what so ever ! So Western Landscape is by far the beast dealer in the area !
