Always love coming here to rent a uhaul. The staff is amazing, the truck is always clean and ready, and they always have the right size truck on hand for my needs. They also have a great collection of amazing statues and stone on site.

Joshua CYour app & online process need considerable improvements. During booking & drop off, both the website and application gave me issues signing in, staying signed in, and continued to crash whilst clicking through different options. The app is also extremely unintuitive. One of the first things on screen should be the link to the drop off process since you force people to download the app to complete it. We couldn’t even get through the process which was incredibly anxiety inducing not knowing if we did all the things necessary before drop off. It is important to be mindful of that during a time when there are extra fees and charges for everything. When I called support for help, my wait time was HOURS. That’s so unacceptable. You basically aren’t providing service at that point. The only reason this has any stars is because of the polite & timely service at the location, which speaks more to the private owners and employees than u-haul itself.
