I would recommend that they LISTEN to the customer. We needed to drop off the trailer in CASTLE ROCK on TUESDAY, but they gave us a different location on an earlier day, so I was charged extra! I even call the main office to explain my situation and was told I would NOT be charged the extra day.Naomi M.

Your trailer leaked on my belongings when it rained. When I dropped off the trailer, I told him that I wanted it noted that the trailer leaked because I had not had time to go through my belongings yet to find out the extent of the damage. He did not know what to do. He repeatedly tried to reach his U-haul contact and they wouldn't answer the phone. Then he tried to tell me that his phone said I owed money. I said for what and he said he didn't know and I explained that I had already paid and showed that I returned it on time and would not be paying anything else. We left our contact information and he was to call us back when he figured everything out but we never received a call.Margaret E.

The truck was clean the service on the truck mechanical was poor belts squeaking,oil was black as it gets. It did the job fine but on an 800 mile drive I believe that if was tuned up properly would have increased the fuel mileage dramatically. customer service on both ends was good thoCrystal B.
Uhaul representative did not know what he was doing, did not have 2 furniture dollies and tried to argue with me that a hand cart was a furniture dollie. He did this after charging my card for 2 furniture dollies and didn't know how to refund my money.Jacob M.
Got to the office and there was a note on the door that the employee was "out to starbucks" and would be back by 12:20. Well it was 12:35 and no one was there. Super unprofessional to even leave in the first place. Another terrible experienceemily K.
