Everything was great I enjoyed the ride I enjoyed the space I definitely love the location. However I have thick fingers and I just couldn't get that gas gauge on the app correct and was charged $30 for free when in actuality I refilled up with the right about. Manager John took care of it with a nice friendly voice and a calming Spirit as usual, thanks john!

Alison LInstructions said Lockbox 5 with the code. Opened the box and there were no keys. Called in the representative and they said the employee forgot to leave the key in there and directed me to an other location that is 8 miles away. I was leaving but realized the truck was in “picked up” status after my call before even I did anything. On the second call, an hour later than my schedule in 20° freezing morning, an other representative gave me all the codes for the other lockboxes. My key was put in Lockbox 4 with an other passcode. I was frozen and lost time and money because of this.
Salih TPlease change the lockbox system to account for the cold weather. Locks freeze up.and they rust which makes it difficult to unlock.
LaToya Bit took me 45 minutes to manage the lock, the lock system should be changed to a smart lock system, don't encourage anyone to do mobile pickup, the lock is very outdated and hard to open. Plus, I have been charged extra amount for insurance while I didn't ask for it,
salah SThe equipment I reserved was not available and it took 40 minutes to get this changed and I had to use a smaller truck. The telephone support was excellent once connected, but the wait was 20-25 minutes.

Ronald Wkeys were not in lock box,I was on sifter 40 minutes before someone could help me get the keys. The truck had fumes in the gas tank, barely made it to gas station, left front tire was nearly flat .
Vladan TThe app was slow and it was constantly crashing - I don’t mind a DIY return but the app needs to function easily. It wouldn’t accept horizontal photos, but didn’t say vertical photos only, so it too me awhile to figure out.

Jason BThis whole U-Haul experience was horrible and unprofessional. Didn’t end up picking up my truck until over an HOUR after my reservation on top of having to switch locations because the original one I confirmed the day before suddenly didn’t have a truck. This threw a wrench in all other plans I had for moving as elevators have to be reserved etc. I will NEVER use U-Haul again- horrible customer service as well.
