Please return a PHONE CALL!!!! I tried multiple times to verify this was an accurate location and my truck would be ready, left many messages…nothing. I was coming from out of town, not familiar with the area. It seemed shady. Even more so when they wouldn’t return my messages. However, the people at U-Haul on the phone were WONDERFUL! Not at western parking however. If u are going to list a phone number on the U-Haul app, please use it! Or at least return my phone call so I feel confident this is a legitimate business and U-Haul site
Harold WThe truck gas reader equipment has a problem when I refuel the truck it Says it could go till 44 Miles but as soon as we hit accelerator it reduced to 42 miles in a sec. Just ridiculous . Had to refill again
Fnu MGas Only a smidgen above empty. We refilled to qtr tank per instructions but we didn't use nearly that much. App never allowed me to upload initial photos so a little apprehensive that you don't have all info. I still have photos from before just in case.
Sharie DI made a reservation to pick up a truck at 7:30...got there at 7:20 and went through their questions etc..after I was sent the code to get the key for my truck. It took 36mims the lock never opened..made a call to 1800Uhual and got someone to help me..she gave me a different truck to use..After my moving..I found out that U'Hual had charged me for 2 equipment use..I want my refund back asap..
