There was no 2 wheeler or moving blankets that I requested. No one was at the location. Had to do everything via app. How to get into van was very difficult and not clearly marked. It took me an hour and several callls to uhaul to get into the van. Painful experience!
Diane REverything was done remotes and mameuvering the very slow website was horrendous. I will be renting in person from now on.

rhatia mWhen I make a reservation that includes moving blankets, I fully expect them to be in the truck when I pick it up. I wouldn't pay for them if I didn't need them, so when they are not included as expected it puts me in a real bind. This is the second time this has happened: I have now learned that I cannot trust UHaul to provide everything I have reserved.
INSA WNo one was at the location. I was not provided the necessary instructions and code to access the truck. Fortunately, someone at the general number was able to assist. It took almost an hour to go through this process. The cab of the truck, had not been cleaned and did not smell so good.

Philip DThe pick up process was very difficult and took 30 minutes as there was no one on site to help us. When we called the number we were given, it seemed we were bothering them and were told just to follow the online instructions. We were late to our destination because the process took so long.
