When I made my reservation it was not made clear that this was a mobile-only rental process and that there is no on-site office, staff, attendant, etc. While I was able to complete the process on my phone, it did require assistance from UHaul via chat because the photo upload wasn't working.

Truck had 40K on it but it made some weird noises while driving it.
Wayne RYou need to improve your app. When taking pictures of the van during pickup, you need to know to push the back arrow to see that it accepted the picture. Very confusing until you figure it out. Otherwise, a good experience.
