Actually the location was fine, but the online experience was less than efficient. The requirements to answer questions and submit photographs were made extremely difficult by the poor cell phone reception. At one point, late in the return process I mistakenly hit the wrong button on my phone and was taken to a to a web browser page without the ability to return to the U-Haul site. I finally managed to return but all of the information I had entered was lost. Luckily the woman who manages the location arrived and told me that the information, though unfinished, had arrived and everything was set to go. Without her I would have been attempting the entire process again from the beginning. If and when I again rent a U-Haul truck it will be at an office with a human as my contact.

App only experience is poor, the app is extremely clunky and when I initially picked this location there was an option for counter/desk pick up which is why I choose it. That was misleading and annoying since this is not my first time using UHaul's app and I try to avoid it when I can. Also all the trucks are packed very tightly I'm not sure I could have returned it well if I was alone and needed to back into the spot. There should be a better return function, especially if customers are going to park their cars in between the uhauls as well adding extra liability!
James JThere was literally 36 miles until empty in the vehicle. I had to get gas before I even went to pick up the stuff I needed to get. That was disappointing.
Todd FThe vehicle was covered in snow from a recent storms. The parking space for the vehicle was not cleared. When I arrived to the site, I had to spend time clearing the vehicle and shoveling it out from the parking spaces, which was very frustrating and not clearly communicated.
Matthew DI don’t see why people rate this location so poorly. It was a great experience. Everything made sense and worked out perfectly. Just need to use the app. The rental (10ft Truck) was great, clean, and had no issues
