Truck had 40K on it but it made some weird noises while driving it.

You need to improve your app. When taking pictures of the van during pickup, you need to know to push the back arrow to see that it accepted the picture. Very confusing until you figure it out. Otherwise, a good experience.

Marco TThe site implies someone will be there from 10 - 5 and I found it it is totally unmanned. Should simply state that you have to use the app! It could have saved me about an hour.
Randall SYour website says this location is staffed, which is why I chose it. It is not staffed. Once arriving, it was not easy figuring out how to get the vehicle. However, once i reached the U-Haul rep via phone, she was outstanding and got me going. Nonetheless, it’s not what was advertised. DROP OFF - I had no idea what to do other than leave the key in the lock box, which is what I did. No info on any form to complete, a person to call, nothing. Very micky mouse, all the way around. You need to do better. I got a call 2 days later asking me if I returned the van. OF COURSE I DID!!!
