The jack on our car hauler was seized up luckily on the other in of our journey the employees knew how to deal with it. This location is just pick up and load your own trailer no staff other than check in.

No one bothered to come help get the Auto Transport trailer hooked up to the UHaul truck we rented. We were not familiar with how to hook it up and I know from past experience renting g with UHaul someone comes out to take care of it and take photos. Also, we had to end up taking it to another UHaul location and swap it out because the left blinker did not work. When we got there, we were told the hook ups were not done correctly-and that was because we did not know HOW to do them. The young woman at the Westgate location was barefoot and made no attempt to help us. Poor customer service! Not trained well.

Joe HThe address sent to me was incorrect. It said Westgate Storage 3118 W HWY 377, GRANBURY TX 76049. We drove to this location only to find out there is no Uhaul drop off here. It’s actually a home builder business. After using Google, we found a different address for Westgate Storage which was on the opposite side of town (15 minutes away from the correct address). The actual address is 3102 W Hwy 377 Granbury, TX 76048. There was no phone number to call but thankfully we found it on our own. I was frustrated we were charged $15 extra for mileage when we were given the wrong address.
Jackie GDropped off at west gate storage in GRANBURY tx I was informed that I had to disconnect the truck from the car hauler then move the truck where she wanted it I felt like I worked for u-haul.I paid extra for help I think help with hook up was included. I was informed that was not her problem.after loading and unloading this 68 year old didn’t need the hassle.i would have been more than happy to help if asked but not told I had to that being said the truck was great and clean no problem

Aaryn WTruck was poorly maintained. Axle shaft leaked. Air plenum fell off causing vehicle to drive in handicapped mode. Headlight was burned out. Of the three we rented for our move this vehicle got bad gas mileage. Glad our move is finally done.
Dennis RI dropped off after hours but received a phone call confirming they had received the equipment and that I would get a refund on my deposit. Very polite and professional.
Jene WActually, my only complaint was, the gas level they said was 3/8. When actually it was less than 1/4. I took video of the rental and the gages.
Gilbert GMy biggest complaint is the low fuel light was on when I picked the truck up. I had to alter my plans just to go get gas which cost me about another hour and additional miles. Next were the windows in the door. I am not sure what was spread all over them but I was scared to even touch the glass. They were filthy. Finally was the load hum I had to endure the entire time while driving. I did not expect a brand new low mileage vehicle but this one had over 120k miles and obviuously in need of some transmission and/or drivetrain work. It was so loud it was hard to have a conversation going down the interstate. The truck held all my belongings just fine and transported them to my destination safely and somewhat efficiently. I will definitely check out the competition on my next rental.
