It was after hours when we turned the truck in. The return instructions were a bit complicated and took a while. I hope I did everything correctly. I assume I did as I have not heard anything. I did not receive a receipt online tho. Maybe it was because I had already paid??

The address sent to me was incorrect. It said Westgate Storage 3118 W HWY 377, GRANBURY TX 76049. We drove to this location only to find out there is no Uhaul drop off here. It’s actually a home builder business. After using Google, we found a different address for Westgate Storage which was on the opposite side of town (15 minutes away from the correct address). The actual address is 3102 W Hwy 377 Granbury, TX 76048. There was no phone number to call but thankfully we found it on our own. I was frustrated we were charged $15 extra for mileage when we were given the wrong address.

Dropped off at west gate storage in GRANBURY tx I was informed that I had to disconnect the truck from the car hauler then move the truck where she wanted it I felt like I worked for u-haul.I paid extra for help I think help with hook up was included. I was informed that was not her problem.after loading and unloading this 68 year old didn’t need the hassle.i would have been more than happy to help if asked but not told I had to that being said the truck was great and clean no problem

The employee shouldn’t make the customer carry all the blankets in and put them in the storage room for them and should be more helpful, not condescending

The lady that checked us in was very personable, friendly and helpful. Due to no fault of her’s, it took quite a long time waiting for U-Haul to down load my information to her computer. U-Haul IT needs to work on this to make it happen instantly when information is requested.

Truck was poorly maintained. Axle shaft leaked. Air plenum fell off causing vehicle to drive in handicapped mode. Headlight was burned out. Of the three we rented for our move this vehicle got bad gas mileage. Glad our move is finally done.

I dropped off after hours but received a phone call confirming they had received the equipment and that I would get a refund on my deposit. Very polite and professional.

Actually, my only complaint was, the gas level they said was 3/8. When actually it was less than 1/4. I took video of the rental and the gages.

My biggest complaint is the low fuel light was on when I picked the truck up. I had to alter my plans just to go get gas which cost me about another hour and additional miles. Next were the windows in the door. I am not sure what was spread all over them but I was scared to even touch the glass. They were filthy. Finally was the load hum I had to endure the entire time while driving. I did not expect a brand new low mileage vehicle but this one had over 120k miles and obviuously in need of some transmission and/or drivetrain work. It was so loud it was hard to have a conversation going down the interstate. The truck held all my belongings just fine and transported them to my destination safely and somewhat efficiently. I will definitely check out the competition on my next rental.

Luckily a customer was there to help with removing the hitch. I couldn't do it and the lady who works there couldn't do it.

I had to wait 45 minutes to get the truck & trailer I needed because your employee didn’t know what she was doing. Then I had to hook up the truck and trailer myself (not my job) AND unhook someone else’s trailer because the employee didn’t want to do it (DAMN sure not my job!) run this company better! It’s awful!

Westgate Storage is a FABULOUS facility. I felt very comfortable leaving my RV there. If I lived closer, my RV would still be at Westgate Storage. (I live 55 miles away)

If you are looking for outdoor storage, and better yet, covered, this is an incredible deal. I was amazed when I saw the price but then I found the staff was very friendly. Move in, and move out were both easy and convenient. I hate to give up my space but I live an hour away. Thank you again for taking care of my needs. Kevin J

Regarding my number 2 answer, this was not an issue because we kept our trailer locked so someone couldn't take it. I cannot speak for lighting because we were only there during the daytime. I want to emphasize that we really liked the facility (location and price were both perfect for us) and we want to thank the staff for their professionalism and courtesy during our time there.

Met our needs for storing our RV. Easy access in and out. Never had a problem with security. The only suggestion I would leave is to have easier access in order to reach the punch-in code box. It needs to be high enough so that the RV driver would not have to get out of the vehicle to punch in their code. No other suggestions.
