The online check in is slow and tedious. It took me an extra 20 mins to get the keys due to waiting to be approved.

Tim BI walked up to the location to reserve a truck for 3:00 PM and the lady put the truck down for 1:30pm. I said I would return at 3:00 to pick it up. I realized at 2:45 pm that I had no help to move my things and came back to change the reservation to 9:00 am she said she could not change the reservation. So I picked the vehicle up at 9:00 am and had it back by 1:30 not because I was finished moving but because the lady put the wrong time on the contract and I didn’t want to be late and charge a whole day fee because she didn’t make the reservation as I requested when I came to the UhAul rental so no this wasn’t a good experience or customer service.

Micayla RNo signs out front showing where to go. Should be a U-Haul sign. I drove around for awhile looking for it. Also I had to submit 2 references this time. I’ve never had to do this before. I picked up the van after 10pm when everyone is in bed. They still wanted to call 2 people or else I would be denied. What’s the point of offering a 24 hour service if you’re requiring to call references that late?? Meanwhile I was standing outside alone in the cold for 45 minutes until someone picked up. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Good thing I was not mugged..

Liza EIn making the self-service reservation, I was able to request furniture pads. None were included in my self-service rental and I later learned that they are not offered for rentals at this location, which would have been helpful to know -- and not allowable to add -- in advance. This seems like the fault of Uhaul.com more than this location.

NICHOLAS RThe back of the van had not been cleaned prior to my pick up. There was pet (cat) hair [and smell] in the cab and the back section. I had to put a sheet over the passenger seat so it didn't get all over my daughter (who is allergic to cats). If there had been time, I would have taken the van back and gotten another one. It was nasty!
Lynn MAfter leaving my things in storage for roughly 4 months (with ownership and myself having the only keys) I finally moved out. I arranged for a moving company to retrieve my things (I hired a moving company so I would not need to miss work). The storage company assured me that they would be there to let the movers in. Day of, the movers called me to inform me that management was not there, and I needed to leave work to let them into the unit. The time ended up costing me a few hundred in extra labor hours. Once the movers unloaded everything into my apartment, I found that I was missing one box - containing two top-end kitchen appliances and a few odds and ends. I have reached out to management multiple times, but they have never responded. At this point, I'm writing it off as a loss - but will never recommend either company again.

Nice that you have dollies and carts for our use also. Very clean. I would certainly come back again if I needed storage space. THANK YOU FOR BEING AVAILABLE when we needed you!!!!
