JONATHAN BIt was excellent. Check out in the morning was fast and I was on my way. When I brought it back at 7:30 two ladies greeted me and helped me unload from the uhaul, two toats that went home with me. Everyone was friendly, uhaul was clean and worked perfectly. Thank you.

MARK BThe hook up person did a light check and told me all were good. The turn signals and brake lights were okay. I asked him about the tail lights and he said they were okay. they were not and no marker lights. I had to pull this trailer at night with no tail lights or marker lights. Very unsafe so the failed at that. I notice that the right rear tire looked low he said he had checked them and the pressure was good. I check it at the service station and it had 12 psi in that tire. I had to air it up everytime i got fuel. I let the drop off location about these problems. i didn't want to have anyone else pulling an unsafe trailer.

Dan KIt was quite the surprise that the first truck assigned to me ended up being Full of someone else's stuff. Full. I didn't find out until I had driven away and checked later. Then had to Drive back and get a new truck assigned. It was Inconvenient and I also consider Unprofessional of them to not have known they had a truck Full of stuff. Isn't part of the agreement to have it Cleared out and Clean??

Douglas PI called them to ask if they could check to see if I have left anything in the cab(I gave them my phone number and equipment number) but they never returned my call. I live 2 hours away and my daughter and fiancé (they live in Merrill and I live in Appleton) were busy at the time.

Fred MAs I was trying to navigate the app to drop off the truck before normal hours, the person who took care of the Uhaul department arrived and checked me in. It couldn't get any smoother than that in my opinion. I know the app can be handy for some, but for me it is nice to see that there are real people to deal with on each end.

Laurie OSeats were not comfortable. Cruise control kept kicking off after hitting a bump. Anti-skid warning came on after hitting a bump. After short climb uphill, 'check engine light flickered 8-10 times and then went off. Windshield on inside cleaned with an oily rag OR film on windshield from vinyl interior burnoff. Need gas cap chain/cable. Gas mileage was 5.1 to 6.8 mpg; more realistic than what we were told (10 mpg+) (We did have windy conditions one day).

Scott CThe tires on the truck were so bad it rained a little bit while traveling and I hydroplaned in a 26’ uhaul on the backroads of Wisconsin and almost ended up in the ditch. If I wasn’t used to driving a box truck it might have ended a lot different! The air conditioning didn’t work at all and it was 90° outside today. The building I rented the truck in was also not air conditioned and it was horrible and gross in there. The guy was nice enough I guess. Not much better than the one I used a couple of years ago in Wausau. That one was terrible too. The woman just sat there with her feet up and there was so many people in line and it took them forever. Do better!
JAMIE MAgain I was given a drop location and when we got there they said wrong location. After they called corporate we were instructed to go back the way we came 30+ miles to another drop location. I feel like we paid for the privilege of moving their equipment around for them.

Jody MI understand this is a used truck 151000 miles. my recommendation is to get the rattles and the door seals fixed. sounds like you in a wind tunnel on the highway. Overalll truck did what it needed to do but i only drove it 264 miles. If I was going 500 miles or more this would have been tough. Great local vehicle not good for long haul.
Craig OChecked my truck in hours late (I had to call) so got charged for a second day. Got charged twice and also twice the mileage I actually traveled. Guy talked to said he'd make a call and call me back, never called back. Was charged an extra $111 for no reason!!
