I can’t say the personnel were helpful because we didn’t speak to anyone at this location. We just put the keys in the drop box so it was easy enough.

I scheduled an in person check out and nobody showed up. They would not answer the phone.

U-Haul app does not recognize this as being the correct location when you're there. You have to use the website as this location is self-service only. This is not the location's fault, this is a U-Haul app problem. I use the site for storage and it's fine. If I was rating the site only, I would give excellent But U-Haul needs to get this fixed. Although I have a good valid driver's license, every time I rent from U-Haul they want second form of identification like passport or calling someone to see if they know me. I have to do this every single time it's frustrating .

the check in process took like an hour due to poor service for my cell phone. i was almost late for work and i left to get this truck on my hour lunch break and still was almost late. return also took forever the pics would not upload i had to start over so many times and had called customer service and then the pics finally loaded. not a good experience at all.

Place was closed on a Friday afternoon at 130 pm ridiculous . And your drop off procedure is not very good for a person who is technically challenged . Will not use uhaul again if I have to go thru that again.
