No one on site. Online check in was/is a stressful confusing nightmare. Terrible experience. Same awful process experienced several months ago.

Cab was nasty, we had to wipe the seats, the box was filthy with trash, bucket of pet food spilled out and molded and pet feces. All sorts of trash that I had to clean out, this all delayed our move.

LARRY OI can’t say the personnel were helpful because we didn’t speak to anyone at this location. We just put the keys in the drop box so it was easy enough.
Brianna SI scheduled an in person check out and nobody showed up. They would not answer the phone.
