The truck was dirty. They only had an appliance dolly and we needed a utility dolly as indicated on the reservation. They told us we would have to pay the amount of the appliance dolly. They did accommodate us by offering a utility dolly at another location. Had we already not had plans to go the other location to empty our storage, it would have been a huge inconvenience.
