omar TThe attendant was not familiar with the truck when I had some questions during pick up. However, he was very friendly and courteous. Since the trucks were parked so close to each other, it was hard to get in. And during return, the parking space was full, and had to park near the restaurant nearby which forbids parking there.
Warren DI was double-charged on Gas. It is included in my invoice as a $12.00 charge for gas, and I fill the tank before I drop it off. The attendant knew it!
Guilherme CAlthough the actual U-Haul was perfectly fine besides a pile of garbage left in the back of the car (easy clean up but not ideal), the service when I arrived was very negative and the customer service was not good. He was not talking a lot (ie. providing information for us as I've never rented before, no interest in me being there paying for a service) and was very hostile in regards to his mannerisms. He continuously was glaring at me, but a lot at the person I came with. It was very uncomfortable and I have no idea why he seemed so annoyed by the person who was coming with me as we weren't being rude or aggressive, in fact I was very level headed and optimistic going into the building. The person there when we dropped it off was a different employee and was a lot nicer. Based on the service and uncomfortability I was feeling makes me not want to recommend this location, however I will recommend U-Haul generally to a friend as the service was provided.
Avery HRude. No customer service. Refused to give us a receipt of drop off. Rolled his eyes and tisked at us. Felt as if we were bothering him scrolling Tik tok and talking to his mom. Turns out all he had to do is enter our email address into his system, but he was too lazy to do. At the end he did it but took a lot of asking and self control not to get to his level immaturity. I will never use this location for uhaul ever again.

Rami OI checked in online, but the store staff restarted the check-in process. In the online check-in, uploading the driver's license photo was optional, but the staff insisted it was mandatory. I had already selected what I wanted in the online process, yet he added insurance despite me clearly stating multiple times that I didn’t want it. The price he showed me on-site was similar to the online quote, including the kilometers, so I signed. However, he used his mobile phone to show the details, and the screen was too small for me to follow. This raises two concerns: First, if the staff is going to restart the check-in process, why even offer the online check-in option during the reservation? Second, if the staff is using a mobile phone for the process, it makes it difficult for first-time users like me to follow along, especially since he didn’t clarify the insurance inclusion after I repeatedly stated that I didn’t want it.

MEET PRented a cargo van in January. The van itself was clean and in good shape. However, there was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle which I didn't notice until I was in traffic on the freeway with a windshield that I could not clean. I had to exit at the nearest station to buy my own fluid. When I complained during the vehicle return, I was told that the owner never fills the fluid which I see as a serious safety concern. Thus, the low rating on maintenance. Otherwise, staff was quite helpful and friendly.
Bernard AIt pretty much reflects the majority of online Reviews. Customer service needs a lot of work. Explanations and answers to questions were sub par. But I used the van and it did the job. I was over charged, they said I’ll see a reduction in my bill in a few days? Will go to Home Depot next time.

Jeffery SI filled the gas but they didn't come and check it when i brought it back. After 5 hours and went their again they checked out the truck and charged me extra for gas!! Weird as i filled it and they charged me again
parsa rTô be fair everything was great and the person responsible was very kind and helpful. However the truck smelled VERY VERY BAD. I was told that sometimes people break in the cargo part to sleep and that might have been the reason for the bad smell, and the person lended me to try and make it less stinky. Other than that great service and experience overall.
Natalia PFirst of all, the vehicle had several unfinished repairs, including traction and stability control, which may have caused a serious collision in the present weather conditions. Second, I was given the car and told it was full, but it was only around 80% to 85% full. Thirdly, when I returned the car, I made sure to fill it up a little bit more than what I had received and to inform the man of the situation by giving him pictures of the gasoline gauge before and after the rental. He informed me that it was full when the car was delivered and that I would be charged for petrol.He never gave a damn and showed no professionalism.Getting as much money as possible was the only goal.I won't recommend this specific UHAUL location since it is a complete hoax.

Jeremy YDash read front left tire pressure was low. Pick up employee was great, explain that I reserved for only 2 hrs but could have had up to 24 for the same price and extended my trip to 4 hrs just incase. . Drop off however as I was parking at the original drop off time, he came out and said that's good enough someone else is coming to use it, so I gave him the keys. I asked if he needed to do an inspection to check for damage but he said it was fine so I did not get a chance to take pictures to prove it's good condition. I also refilled the tank however this was almost 9L for my travel distance of 22 km which cost almost 13$ I found this outrageous, either the van was taking much more gas than the claimed gas consumption (6.37 km per L works out that 9L would give me 57 km so that's 260% more fuel consumption). Or the previous renter did not fill the tank as indicated in the instructions. When I discussed this with the employee he said I should have taken pictures before and after (although I was never given the chance to when returning) and I should have filled up before leaving but I know not to over fill a gas tank and was told it was full.

WAYNE AThe main issue at this location is how difficult it is to park the vehicles back into the spot it was parked in. Very tight with the other uhaul vehicles especially trying to back in.
Patricia HThe inside of van was too messy and I cleaned it before using it. I booked for 4 hours, unfortunately because of high traffic in the city, I was late to drop the van. The staff charged another $28 for late charges. I didn’t know there will be a late charge. I’m looking for a refund
NAVEEN RHello. Truck was in a good condition. My only complaint is that I added a dollie in my reservation. When I picked up the truck the dollie was not there. I have made the reservation more than a week before. I called several locations nearby to try to get one. Not available. I was very hard to do it without the dollie since I have a shoulder injury. My wife did her best with a neighbour.

Michelle RThe staff were very courteous and friendly. However, I had an issue with the cargo van. The one alloted to me had a very low tire pressure with indication on. It was very unsafe to drive. The staff allotted to me another one which again had indication of low tire pressure. However, it was just at the cusp so the manager said it should be fine since it was only in London I am driving and for a short distance. Since they were in vendors, it was U haul representative to ensure that everything is okay with the vehicle.

DAVID BMy experience really doesn't fit the boxes so heres an explanation. Convenience of the location was great. The "kid" who rented to me in the morning barely said 2 words to me just went through his phone setting up the rental not explaining anything he was doing. The van was filthy and reeked of cat pee or like someone hauled farm animal, I am not joking. The cargo area was sticky with spills that honesy smelled like urine. The kid sprayed cherry scented spray so then it was a mix of the 2. I was so grossed out I put towels on the seats when I got home to load and took a bin to put my purse in as I didn't want it touching the floor. There was rice and food on the floor in the cab. The driving of the vehicle was great however, new with all the modern Convenience and it handled very well. The man I returned the van to was far more pleasant and nice to deal with. Overall a good rental but the vehicles must be cleaned between uses.

Yudian COnline booking process frustrating and mostly focused on upselling. Most of all, photo uploading for drivers license is terrible. I had to let the store clerk do it on his phone, LETTING HIM TAKE PHOTOS OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE. My personal data privacy was compromised by doing this, but it was the only was I could complete the rental agreement.

INNOCENT IAs a senior, and I'm sure I am not alone in this, I would prefer a paper trail. I received 5 emails regarding transaction receipt. Seems like a lot. Other than that, we were satisfied.

DAVID rThe attendant was not properly trained ; having to call his manager for approval at every stage. The process took 45 min, even though I had preregistered online prior to pickup of van. In addition he was attending to other customers: as per his manager the store customers were a priority over U-Haul customer. This was the second location I went to for the same reservation. My initial reservation was with : Migson Public Storage-U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer 1011 Sarnia Rd: London, ON N6H5J9 (519) 471-3718 At this location I was instructed by the office person to go outside and complete a mobile reservation even though I had booked a in-person reservation. Completed the mobile reservation and as per instructions from the last step of the mobile reservation; I was to go back inside the office and show them the confirmation and pick up the key. By that time the office person had locked the door and put up closed sign and refused to open. The entire process of renting the UHaul van took 2 hours. I would hope that UHaul vendors would be held more accountable to their service. I needed the van to move some equipment. When I finally got to my destination an hour late. they had left and I was asked to reschedule.

Andre LCome out and take a look at the truck with the customer before they leave, make sure fuel levels are not on low fuel when customer is picking up the vehicle or give customer warning that fuel is needed.

m aPlease update the refund in real time. I was charged $122.50 with the assumption that I will drive for 50 miles. After returning the truck, I only drove 3 miles and my bill should only be $46.60. My official receipt shows $46.60 but my credit card balance still shows $122.50. If you can update in real time, much better.
