The staff were very courteous and friendly. However, I had an issue with the cargo van. The one alloted to me had a very low tire pressure with indication on. It was very unsafe to drive. The staff allotted to me another one which again had indication of low tire pressure. However, it was just at the cusp so the manager said it should be fine since it was only in London I am driving and for a short distance. Since they were in vendors, it was U haul representative to ensure that everything is okay with the vehicle.

Not the U-Haul experience we are treated to everytime we take the rental. Would never recommend anyone this location. U-Haul should start screening the employees because this person was definitely not fit for even working there. sincerely disappointed

DAVID BMy experience really doesn't fit the boxes so heres an explanation. Convenience of the location was great. The "kid" who rented to me in the morning barely said 2 words to me just went through his phone setting up the rental not explaining anything he was doing. The van was filthy and reeked of cat pee or like someone hauled farm animal, I am not joking. The cargo area was sticky with spills that honesy smelled like urine. The kid sprayed cherry scented spray so then it was a mix of the 2. I was so grossed out I put towels on the seats when I got home to load and took a bin to put my purse in as I didn't want it touching the floor. There was rice and food on the floor in the cab. The driving of the vehicle was great however, new with all the modern Convenience and it handled very well. The man I returned the van to was far more pleasant and nice to deal with. Overall a good rental but the vehicles must be cleaned between uses.

Yudian COnline booking process frustrating and mostly focused on upselling. Most of all, photo uploading for drivers license is terrible. I had to let the store clerk do it on his phone, LETTING HIM TAKE PHOTOS OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE ON HIS PERSONAL CELL PHONE. My personal data privacy was compromised by doing this, but it was the only was I could complete the rental agreement.

INNOCENT IAs a senior, and I'm sure I am not alone in this, I would prefer a paper trail. I received 5 emails regarding transaction receipt. Seems like a lot. Other than that, we were satisfied.

DAVID rThe attendant was not properly trained ; having to call his manager for approval at every stage. The process took 45 min, even though I had preregistered online prior to pickup of van. In addition he was attending to other customers: as per his manager the store customers were a priority over U-Haul customer. This was the second location I went to for the same reservation. My initial reservation was with : Migson Public Storage-U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer 1011 Sarnia Rd: London, ON N6H5J9 (519) 471-3718 At this location I was instructed by the office person to go outside and complete a mobile reservation even though I had booked a in-person reservation. Completed the mobile reservation and as per instructions from the last step of the mobile reservation; I was to go back inside the office and show them the confirmation and pick up the key. By that time the office person had locked the door and put up closed sign and refused to open. The entire process of renting the UHaul van took 2 hours. I would hope that UHaul vendors would be held more accountable to their service. I needed the van to move some equipment. When I finally got to my destination an hour late. they had left and I was asked to reschedule.

Andre LCome out and take a look at the truck with the customer before they leave, make sure fuel levels are not on low fuel when customer is picking up the vehicle or give customer warning that fuel is needed.

m aPlease update the refund in real time. I was charged $122.50 with the assumption that I will drive for 50 miles. After returning the truck, I only drove 3 miles and my bill should only be $46.60. My official receipt shows $46.60 but my credit card balance still shows $122.50. If you can update in real time, much better.

STUART KVan not swept out, but no big deal. Otherwise the guys at this location are very friendly and do their best to get me in and out quickly. The only problem was the VERY SLOW UHAUL APP. This has happened at other locations also so I know it's NOT A LOCATION ISSUE.

Javier GSince it was on a Sunday, it wasn't very busy to complete the rental. The staff were very helpful, but I found the whole experience a bit stressful as having to confirm multiple details on an app, that are normally done on a walk-around, isn't always the best way to do it. My phone crapped out and I had to re-do everything. Not a problem from the Pick Up location, just different than I am used to for a vehicle rental.
joanne tPickup was fine but truck was backed up to a fence that was covered in urine. Had to walk through it twice when doing pickup and drop off inspections. When prompted via text to complete the drop off myself, I did so as I would be charged $20 otherwise. There was no drop box or slot for the keys as directed so I went into the store. The store clerk was confused when I said I had completed the vehicle return myself and kept mentioning it was “their job”. I had to wait 10-15 minutes in store as I wasn’t sure if I was going to be charged an additional $20 and the clerk had to make a call to gather more info. I was not provided with a receipt as per the web page statement after completing the return and did not receive it until later in the day. Overall bad experience with the location (specifically the truck - maybe they could at least cut the grass back there as my shoes and bottom of my pants had urine on them from the foot long soaked grass). Clerks should be trained in various return policies. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and it was difficult to have to stand there for so long without answers or direction. I felt like the clerk was unhappy we used the self serve return option? Would not return to this location or recommend.

vinodh kThe agent at the location was having issues with the Uhaul application and as a result could not issue the vehicle for me and for another individual. A manager came as was able to resolve the issue. The result was 1 hour delay. However the Manager was very accomodating and apologized for the delay and looked for ways to make it up.

Donald BIt came to our attention (almost at the last minute) that the truck which had been reserved and for which a reservation number had been given) was no longer available at the closer location -- had we not called to amend the booking (adding an additional day to the rental)l we would not have known that there would be no truck for us -- then the UHAUL agent apologized and offered the following -- a $50 credit for the inconvenience of the error on their part of booking a truck in St. Thomas that wasn't even available -- he went on to book a truck on the far side of London which was going to incur additional mileage just to get it back to Aylmer where we needed to moved from -- he said that we wouldn't be charged the mileage from London to Aylmer and that he would credit 50 kilometers to accomodate this far away pick up location -- in addition the truck was NOT in roadworthy condition -- gas fumes filled the drivers cabin -- the power steering didn't work and infact when power steering fluid was added by your rental agent (after being told) it ran right out the bottom -- the tires were bald -- the side of the body was held together with white duct tape -- there was a broken leave spring and it ran like a old lumber wagon -- not only did we NOT get the promised credit and free mileage from pick up to Aylmer we received a phone call the following day advising us that we hadn't returned the truck which was infact returned and the keys handed to the rental agent in person a day earlier than expected back -- plus the gas tank reading was incorrect it was marked at 3/8 but we actually took it back at 1/4 and filled it up to 1/2 and have a receipt for $50.25 -- they took $152.55 out on May 30th (before we took the rental) then on June 3 another withdrawal of $130.84 -- truck was supposed to be picked up Tuesday 31.05.2023 at nine in the morning but when we arrived they couldn't figure out the situation as the truck that had been reserved for us was an intown only and as a result we didn't take charge of the rental until 10 am and it was returned Thursday 01.06.2023 at 7 pm instead of the following Friday at 9am -- not only didn't they credit the early return but they accused us of NOT RETURNING the truck -- we asked the girl at the UHAUL rental location for a receipt that the truck had been returned but she refused -- we were quoted a total charge (once credits promised were applied) of $115 but in fact got billed $283.39 -- this is a disgraceful way to run a business and needs to rectified -- this truck shouldn't have been given roadworthy status and is being reported to the ministry for inspection. Note that I always thought that U-Haul services were very well administered and in the past they were and always checked their trucks out too .But this time we were very disapointed for our service at the address at 107 mt. pleasant in London,Ontario .
Bill BThis location was too busy and crowded. No where to park car close by. We could barely open the doors to get into the vehicle. Plus we had things to put inside before leaving with the uhaul so was very difficult to do so. Upon leaving the key after I had done the mobile return , the store owner had given me grief that he didn’t see the van before handing in the key. I use uhaul at least once a week , usually at a different location but didn’t have a choice this time. I always do the mobile checkin/check out as it’s convenient and never have issues until this time. More than likely I will not use this location again.

Joe KThe girl at the drop off location let me wait more than 40 min just to drop off the keys. She helped a customer to pick up the truck with a lot of issues she was not sure about it and helped another customer to pay for the gas he came after me and finally me was the last one at the store and she just took the key. Kind of frustrating.
Ossama IBad customer service through web chat. Location was hard to find. I wasn't able to put my driving license information on the online check-in because year field combobox was inhibited and was impossible to fill the expiration date and birth date. You charged me the insurance but I didn't wanted it. I finally took it because I was late

Marcus SWe rented a small truck for the day. Disappointed that the vehicle smelled as if livestock had been moved in it recently and there was a tire low pressure warning, that the clerk said to ignore- bit concerning. Accomplished what we needed to do that day but overall it was not a good U Haul experience.
Larry LI filled full tank $120 and drove for approx. 264 kms. When i returned my tank had more fuel than when i took but still i was charged $ 22. i didn’t not drive more kms , moreover the tank had more fuel. I would not consider U haul nxt time. kindly advise.
BHUVANESH MBooked for 4-8pm, but had to wait a full half hour until things could get going because of some issues with the system. They thought I booked 8pm. Wasted a lot of time out of the day.
