How U-Haul Reviews WorkStore/staff was quite disorganized; long lineup, staff does not seem able to multi-task or 'stack' customers. No gas available, despite it being a gas station...had to refuel at gas station up the road, then return to drop off the vehicle.

S MI experienced utterly appalling and deeply unprofessional service at this location. I reserved a truck well in advance specifically to ensure a quick, seamless pickup, yet I was forced to wait over 20 minutes while the front desk agent blatantly prioritized customers who arrived long after me. When I questioned the delay, he offered the absurd excuse that verifying a driver's license takes 30 to 40 minutes, a completely fabricated claim proven false when he finally processed my paperwork in under 8 minutes. To make matters worse, his demeanor throughout the interaction was condescending, hostile, and thoroughly disrespectful. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.
