The website was terrible. I had to wait for an hour in the store so that they can submit the pickup on the website. Also, I am charged incorrectly.

The pickup was fine but the drop was bit confusing and the staff didn’t help at all . The lady at the counter was not helpful. Didn’t know anything about uhaul .
Anilash MI made a reservation on-line and took in my reservation # for pick-up. I was 15 min early but the girl couldn't help me. 15 min later, a fellow arrived to assist me but didn't take my reservation number and started from scratch. This was very frustrating because I had already gone through the details at home on my computer. I had no capability for wi-fi while there. Perhaps the staff get a commission to sign people up but when someone takes a reservation # in, they should use it and complete the transaction. Then, when I was handed the key, no one came out with me. I walked around looking for the vehicle and it was wedged in between 2 other trucks. I couldn't get in to the drivers side, so I got in the passenger side and climbed over. After starting to drive, I stopped to open the mirrors. Some instruction could have been nice. I blame myself for that one. I should have went in and asked the man to move it out for me. The return was super easy.
Maggie BGot charged extra even though I returned the truck with as much fuel as it had when I got it.
Chaudhri HThe staff attempted to tell me that there were more miles in a km. Tried charging me for 600 miles when i was travelling 400kms. The truck was in terrible condition with over 140,000 Miles.
