I am highly disappointed with the service and incorrect billing at this location. I was overcharged by about $43 due to multiple issues with my recent rental: Staff Misinformation: A worker told me they were fully booked until July 2nd, but online booking was open and I saw walk-ins get trucks easily. Equipment Overcharge: Charged for 2 dollies, but only 1 was actually available for me to use. Wrong Mileage: Charged for 30 miles when I only drove 16 kilometers (10 miles). Unauthorized Insurance: Charged $16 for insurance I explicitly declined. I called customer service this morning and was promised a corrected invoice and refund by the end of the day, but nothing has been done. I need management to review this, issue my refund, and send the correct invoice immediately.

There was no space to drop off the uhaul and the staff had no clue what was happening and called me the next day asking why I am late for drop off when I dropped it off 15 hours prior.
