The mobile check in was not a great experience. The pictures I had to take of the vehicle would not upload. After trying for 15 mins, I had to call for support. A new link had to be resent to my phone in order for them to download properly. It was almost 45 mins before I could utilize the vehicle.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service providers were very helpful.
ERNEST NThe engine light was on truck at time of rental. That truck should not be on lot. Fortunately I only had a few miles to travel.
karen pVery friendly and efficient customer service. Thank you!
Michelle RTold that the CDW fee was mandatory, even though I declined when booking the rental. Was then told it would be taken off once I returned the vehicle, but was still charged.
