They double charged me for time that was never used
STUART K.Van not swept out, but no big deal. Otherwise the guys at this location are very friendly and do their best to get me in and out quickly. The only problem was the VERY SLOW UHAUL APP. This has happened at other locations also so I know it's NOT A LOCATION ISSUE.

Javier G.Since it was on a Sunday, it wasn't very busy to complete the rental. The staff were very helpful, but I found the whole experience a bit stressful as having to confirm multiple details on an app, that are normally done on a walk-around, isn't always the best way to do it. My phone crapped out and I had to re-do everything. Not a problem from the Pick Up location, just different than I am used to for a vehicle rental.
