Mpg Guage didn't work. Booked a van with a dozen pads, got a box truck with no pads. I was told they don't do pads and had to drive another mile to a different location to get them... so every part of my online booking was incorrect and the delays ate an hour of my 4 hour rental. Truck had 1/8th of a task of gas. Had to give 3 different phone numbers to get the truck. Truck was parked in a way that I had to back out into a 5 lane road just to get off the property. Attendant couldn't be bothered to check the gas and mileage on return, asked me to take pictures of them instead. An absolutely terrible experience, do not use this location.

Andrew BHave the truck clean and have the equipment requested there. There was garbage in the truck. The dolly requested wasn’t present. When I went to return it I was still charged for dolly. They added insurance I did not request. I now have multiple charges on my card and only 1 corresponds with a receipt , that was the original hold fee and not the actual which had less Mileage than estimated.
