I was charged for mileage I did not put on the UHaul and gas that wasn’t in the vehicle. The attendant was also over 30 mins late with no communication.

I was dropping off my trailer after dark and passed by it because they only had one sign on a fence that was halfway falling off as well as there being no lights anywhere to be seen making me feel uncomfortable dropping off the trailer and having my passenger lock the door back when I got out of the truck not knowing if someone was going to rob us I would not recommend this location to anyone Dropping off anything after dark. I don't know how the staff was because I was there after hours

Lee CEverything is great. Great equipment. Great place to rent equipment. U-haul software is very bad, Never works. Requires repetitive data entry. Hangs up for 20 minutes at a time. Requires you start over 8 or ten time. Never finishes.

Lee CThe code on the lock was incorrect, we didn’t receive a dolly, the app kept messing up so I couldn’t input the photos at pick up and mileage information. So it tried to charge us more when we returned it because it said we used more mileage than we did. Good thing I took photos for proof. But we just ran into endless issues.
