Everything is great. Great equipment. Great place to rent equipment. U-haul software is very bad, Never works. Requires repetitive data entry. Hangs up for 20 minutes at a time. Requires you start over 8 or ten time. Never finishes.

The code on the lock was incorrect, we didn’t receive a dolly, the app kept messing up so I couldn’t input the photos at pick up and mileage information. So it tried to charge us more when we returned it because it said we used more mileage than we did. Good thing I took photos for proof. But we just ran into endless issues.
