We were told this location would be open, but it wasn't. We returned the vehicle through the app, which was fine, but there isn't a drop box for keys. There was a mail slot in the door, so we put them through that and left a voicemail. I'm assuming they got them?

Excellent customer care!
IRELAND CI wouldn't recommend u-haul itself to a friend. My experience was horrible. I had to drive 96 minutes round trip out of the way to get the trailer. The cost changed four times from the estimate. And than the drop off location didn't log the trailer as returned and u-haul tried to charge me for another day. I'll use Ryder rentals next time.
BENJAMIN BI rented the unit in Portland but was forced to go to Windham to get it because Portland didn’t have one even though I made the reservation 10 days in advance. I should have received a discount from U-haul. The Windham people were great, even stayed open later so I could to pick up the unit on Friday afternoon. I have nothing but great things to say about the Windham folks. Ben

DONNA CI will never rent from U-Haul again. I am buying a trailer. I did not want to. I dealt with multiple agents. Nobody put notes on my account. I had an agreement to pick the trailer up on a Saturday afternoon because everybody was closed. Sunday and Monday was Columbus Day. I was hassled by a recovery agent the following Friday. Almost accused of stealing or misplacing the trailer and then charged for two extra days and then treated very badly by an agent trying to figure out how to Not be charged for those 2 days. No one from U-Haul cares. I have been renting for years. This is disgusting. Let's see how important U-Haul thinks this is. I won't hold my breath
