I will never rent from U-Haul again. I am buying a trailer. I did not want to. I dealt with multiple agents. Nobody put notes on my account. I had an agreement to pick the trailer up on a Saturday afternoon because everybody was closed. Sunday and Monday was Columbus Day. I was hassled by a recovery agent the following Friday. Almost accused of stealing or misplacing the trailer and then charged for two extra days and then treated very badly by an agent trying to figure out how to Not be charged for those 2 days. No one from U-Haul cares. I have been renting for years. This is disgusting. Let's see how important U-Haul thinks this is. I won't hold my breath
