There was no visual check of the equipment, UHaul's new way of requiring a "smart" device (which is dumb) to take pictures is not an adequate replacement for humans verifying the condition of the trailer. I took physical pictures, and tried to upload them once I got home to a computer, but the link to do so had expired by that time. You cannot mandate the use of "smart" phones to use your product.
