Vehicle pickup was easy and quick. Young lady at the desk also helped me with another upcoming reservation I had questions about-even called U-Haul for me to verify.

William EWe were told this location would be open, but it wasn't. We returned the vehicle through the app, which was fine, but there isn't a drop box for keys. There was a mail slot in the door, so we put them through that and left a voicemail. I'm assuming they got them?
