I would say check the A/C. It kept cutting out and blowing warm air. Other than that Phil at the Barnes Rd. location was awesome. Great service!

windows and windshield were atrocious had to clean them ourselves inside and out for safety as they were filthy. also this was NOT the location I requested for pickup as this place was 25 minutes from where I asked . Very disappointed in UHAUL logistics . The staff inside was polite and great to deal with only reason this experience did not get 1 star across the board .
Jeff LEverything was fine except when I picked up i was told that I could drop off by end of day and they wouldn't charge me an extra day for dropping a couple hours after 1300.. even when I dropped off the guy there told me that they wouldn't. I got home and checked my email and I was lied too.. they charged me for an extra day even though I was told by 2 different people working there that I would not be.... If you gonna charge me then do it but dont lie to me and tell me that I will not be charged.. God forbid that it gets dropped off a couple hours from the time you pick up even though its the same day!! Whatever, ridiculous.... make sure when you rent that its the latest time you can for pick up... I do have to say that the guy behind the counter seemed to be a great guy but the girl that called me on the phone saying that they were gonna charge me for an extra day when I was on my way there to drop off could use some extra classes in customer service!!

Shelby JU-Haul no longer is helpful for returning. Everything is done on the app with no personal interface. There used to be a drop off location near Costco on Barnes. This was slightly better location

HOWARD MAgain I can’t think of anything, I use this site quite a bit to drop off U-Haul equipment, I’ve never had any problems at this site. I’ve used it probably six times or seven as I said I’ve never had any problems at this site.

NELSON RI didn’t have a reservation and the staff was ready willing and able to get me my emergency rental. Upon returning it Tim greeted me with great enthusiasm and had me on my way in zero seconds flat. Home Depot rentals are my go to now at the North Academy and Woodmen store.
