This is the best uhaul location I have been to. It was the best experience I have ever had with uhaul and I won't be using any other location but this one in the future.
Shelby JU-Haul no longer is helpful for returning. Everything is done on the app with no personal interface. There used to be a drop off location near Costco on Barnes. This was slightly better location
Jon WPhil was very helpful. He hooked up the trailer for our 4 wheeler with ease.. He was very detailed amc wanted to make sure we knew how to use it. Excellent customer service!
