The agents were knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain about the equipment & procedures. This was by far my most pleasant experience at any U-haul facility.
HOWARD SPhil did an excellent job. I made the reservation in-person, then prior to pick-up, changed both equipment and pick-up day a few times as weather forced changes. Phil was very supportive and understanding. I don' think there is anywhere where I would recommend improvement - customer service and equipment is first class.
