Nothing renting was great from arranging to renting , returning was scary , I had to have it back by 18:00 for sure , or pay extra , dealership was closed at 16:00 , so no one there to accept return .

Friendly courteous well kept and good selection
Bill SGreat customer service, also used their moving services and absolutely was blown away by them. I wasnt ALLOWED to lift a thing. They came in and looked at what i had, they made a plan and went right at it. If we asked for something that was a little over and above like making something fit upstairs or down... they got it to work. Thank you guys!

STEPHEN BEverything went very smoothly. However I was shocked at how expensive it ended up being. The advertising of 19.99 is deceptive. I knew it was going to be more than that with all the extra fees you don’t see right away but I paid almost 200 for a day. I knew I drove a distance. But I think the advertising is definitely deceiving people. This was an unexpectedly expensive day.

PIOTR MTerrible experience with U-Haul. The whole check-in process is way too long and complicated with endless information being requested. They keep saying someone will call you back, but nobody ever does. I went on Monday and waited almost 2 hours just to get the keys. I had issues and had to go back again on Wednesday, and once again I waited another 2 hours for the keys. The process is extremely disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. Definitely not the smooth or convenient experience they advertise.

robin GOngoing construction made this location a bit congested and confusing to navigate. This also a vey busy location and many of the clients were unfairly impatient. Neither of those things is a slight on the very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

BRIAN GThe only thing I would have liked to been improved was the Trailer Lights. The RH Rear Running Light was very dull as compared to the LH side and the only the upper half of the RH signal / brake light worked. Also the Marker Lights on the Driver side were not working. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely rent from this location again.

HESAM DI went maybe 10km and that cost me an extra $55. For what? 5 dollars of fuel? On top of that, the back of the truck was filthy when I got it. Even after I was told they day before that they were setting the truck up. Then when I wanted to try to talk to the lady at the office when dropping off, she basically shew me away. Even after explaining we needed to discuss these issues of the dirty truck. The app wasn't workong correctly to start the day either. Overall im not one bit impressed with this transaction.

RUI CI am a senior man on disability. The rental I was given , drivers door s lock was broken. I had to try crawling over passenger side and I fell and injured myself. Everything on camera. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
SHAWN CCheck out was extremely slow. Tires were low on air and gas was only filled to half a tank.
Conor LTrain your employees properly. They mixed up my reservation and my personal information with another person that is unaceptable. My credit card might be compromised. The equipment was very good but the service was not.
