Alexander KWe had a good experience renting from this place a 4 x 8 closed trailer. The service was handled very smooth as the gentleman there is very pleasant to deal with. He answers all your questions patiently prior to rental with ease. We will not hesitate to rent from him again.

PINO DGreat staff. Really like the 5' x 8' closed box trailer with the drop-down rear door. Makes it easier for loading.
Tom Gthe opening on one of the hooks on one chain was very narrow. I had to force it onto my hitch and it would only go half way. Also, there seemed to be excess play in the ball/socket connection, so there was plenty of clunking on deceleration and acceleration. The trailer itself was very useful and did the job that I expected.

Nickole SMaybe explaining the breakdown of the prices. When I reversed the uhaul it was $53 plus mileage for the rental, insurance and 6 blankets I purchased. I paid $117 with tax. Double what I was anticipating. But aside from that the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially when I had to change locations last minute.

Judy SPoor Attitude, extremely slow and opened late on Sunday. Thankfully the call centre was able to hook me up with some funds to make up for the treatment by the local location. But the local location was terrible.

STEPHEN BEverything went very smoothly. However I was shocked at how expensive it ended up being. The advertising of 19.99 is deceptive. I knew it was going to be more than that with all the extra fees you don’t see right away but I paid almost 200 for a day. I knew I drove a distance. But I think the advertising is definitely deceiving people. This was an unexpectedly expensive day.
