Raymond G.Picked up vehicle- missing dolly that we ordered had to have bill adjusted and then check engine light was on the vehicle. We got it to our house and wasnt comfortable with heading up to Orillia as planned due to the check engine light. When returning it the rep admitted he was aware of the Check Engine Light prior to our pick up and didnt disclose. Not impressed and still charged 95 bucks for a van with issues that didnt do the job I paid for it to do.

Glenvil F.I drive 21 km from my home past a number of Uhaul dealers to Whimsical Emporium every time I need a Uhaul rental or supplies. I've tried a number of closer Uhaul dealers and none of them come close. It actually saves me time because Whimsical Emporium is customer service oriented, they have the equipment I need ready to go, and any moving supplies I need besides.

Teresa B.Issue with loading my drivers licence in app. Showed loaded and all good when I did it. The person at the counter told me I did not do it correctly. I Repeated the upload procedures a third time and it work ( where did the info go on first 2 attempt ???) . Also the agent told me I could not rent a trailer if I did not gave her an additional name for contact and phone number, I believe that this is incorrect from her part and that info is optional. She was firm and told me that she would not proceed if I did not gave her the info so I gave her some info she could punch in. Weird !

brad C.As usual when I rent a car I just drop without cleaning. I rented utility traler to deliver screening. I never told that I have to wash the traler before returning. I got a bill $79 that traler was a dirty 4x7 . That someone spray water for a 5 minutes.
