No need to improve this location. I would like to thank Julian for a excellent service he had provided for me it was fast and friendly I Would RECOMMEND this location to everyone staff is amazing. It took over 40 minutes to check in and get the truck Very frustrating and a waste of time!!!! I brought the truck with the right amount of gas but was still charged for it.

Ongoing construction made this location a bit congested and confusing to navigate. This also a vey busy location and many of the clients were unfairly impatient. Neither of those things is a slight on the very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff.

This vendor has a large yard, plenty of trucks, and is my preferred location. They are organized and I have never had any issues. I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

The only thing I would have liked to been improved was the Trailer Lights. The RH Rear Running Light was very dull as compared to the LH side and the only the upper half of the RH signal / brake light worked. Also the Marker Lights on the Driver side were not working. Otherwise everything was great and I would definitely rent from this location again.

The truck did need some maintenance. The mirrors were loose and kept moving when driving. The wipers needed replacing. Otherwise the truck was clean and worked as expected.

I went maybe 10km and that cost me an extra $55. For what? 5 dollars of fuel? On top of that, the back of the truck was filthy when I got it. Even after I was told they day before that they were setting the truck up. Then when I wanted to try to talk to the lady at the office when dropping off, she basically shew me away. Even after explaining we needed to discuss these issues of the dirty truck. The app wasn't workong correctly to start the day either. Overall im not one bit impressed with this transaction.

I am a senior man on disability. The rental I was given , drivers door s lock was broken. I had to try crawling over passenger side and I fell and injured myself. Everything on camera. Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Train your employees properly. They mixed up my reservation and my personal information with another person that is unaceptable. My credit card might be compromised. The equipment was very good but the service was not.
