MICHAEL WReturned the equipment before 6pm drop off, in same condition I had dropped it off, I got an email saying I got charged $10 extra for cleaning fee and $20 for late drop off. I don’t have time to dispute the charges but definitely won’t be going back to this location.
NIMA DI have had good experiences with this location the front end staff has been great over all… however there is an older individual who works there at times helping in the yard. He is generally hostile and rude to deal with and is a black eye on this otherwise great business. I will be going to another location for my next rental as it’s not worth dealing with a petty individual for a 30 dollar rental.

KULWINDER MContract # 70247322 Again the staff at this location did nothing to help speed up my check out. I was there over 40 min waiting with no assistance. The yard man advised me that I would be charged $25 because I didn't sweep out the truck. I told him that the truck was very dirty when I got it and that I did the best I could with my house broom. He said that I never swept out the truck and that I would be charged anyway. I spoke to the lady in the office and she said I would not be charge the $25. Never the less I got a bill for $28.25. I have tried to contact this location several times but they don't answer the phone.
Gary CThe yard man was wandering around wearing an flowery shirt, shorts and sandals. He pasted by me three times without saying a word. I later found ot he was the yard man that was supposed to check my equipment. I had to wait over 40 min to get assistance. The lady workingthere was not much help either

Daniela CAkin to the Ontario Lic. Plates delaminating . The laminate on the VIRGINIA(?), trailer plate has peeled away. Rendering the plate unreadable. I indicated this upon returning the trailer to the Agent. I cautioned that Law Enforcement's attention could be drawn to the effect that the plate was unreadable. And that could result in a citation.

Lorne SSubject: Overcharged After Vehicle Return – Urgent Resolution Needed Dear U-Haul Customer Service, I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding an overcharge on my recent rental. After returning the vehicle, I was provided with a final receipt totaling CAD 313, yet my account was charged CAD 512. This is an unexplained discrepancy of nearly CAD 200. I have attempted to get clarification and a refund, but unfortunately, no one has been able or willing to assist me. The lack of transparency and unresponsiveness from your customer service team has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I am requesting an immediate review of this charge and a prompt refund of the overbilled amount. Please consider this a formal complaint and kindly treat it with urgency. EVANS AWhere I ended up dropping off the truck was not where I wanted to drop it off. I had to drive about 10 extra KM out of my way to drop the truck off. Even though the website said they were open there was no one at that location and because I did a cash deposit I needed to go to the other location so I can get my deposit back This is the second time I had a problem with a U-Haul place I rent from not being open when it says it is supposed to be open The last two times I rented from U-HAUL have not been a good experience. I have used U-HAUL about 4 times in the last 4 years. I will not ever use them again. The drop off review is only for where I actually left the truck. They were great, everything else sucked.

RICHARD GI have used U-HAUL more than once. My experience from start to finish has been 5***** every time. From explaining the process to any questions I had. Office personnel were excellent. TERRY SI was promised a pick up in Brampton then told less than 48 hours before I had to go to Barrie, an hour away, to get a truck. I was told my rate of 243 would remain constant as it was your fault the truck was 100 km away from Brampton, but when I picked up the truck remotely, I had to pay 343 or the truck wouldn’t be released. It also took 40 minutes to get the truck with your remote system.
Marc BThis was an excellent pain free experience, which is high praise as there are not many of those nowadays it seems. Cyl was delightful, as were the gents who helped me outside. I have no complaints at all. Keep it up!

Collin Jonline pick up is flawed.....multiple attempts to enter drivers licence, address....app would just stop and have to start all over...gave up after 6 tries...very frustrating

TANIA JVery pleased with the customer service provided at this location. My only comment is your app to return the vehicle is complicated to use. I did not realize I had to access the app while on your lot. In the end it was too complicated to use anyway.
EAN DThe rental agent was very helpful in making sure I had a safe ride for my long moving trip up north. The cargo truck fit all my stuff and was actually pretty good on gas, newer vehicle.

DENNIS BThe employee at the counter was lovely and helpful. The truck was well maintained other then the floor. There was dried mud marks on the floor on both the driver's and passengers side. In addition, using both the U-Haul website and U-Haul App was frustrating and time consuming. The app wouldn't allow me to create an account for either myself or my partner on both my phone and his. When using the website to return the truck if you accidently tapped the back button you would lose all your progress and would have to start over again. Lastly, renting a truck was so much more expensive then originally thought. It was a very expensive 8 hours.
DANICA LPick up was fantastic. They closed early without notice (almost 2 hours early) making the return harder than it needed to be.
