The only reason I click no is because no Personnel or used for the personal not friendly. Online return is a pain because it kept bouncing me off the system I took the pictures submitted it and no confirmation

Terrible service. There was something wrong with the trailer tongue, so I returned it after 1.5 days. Still have not heard from U haul about a refund!

We explained that the truck had a cracked windshield when we picked it up, sent them pictures to prove it came that way, and were quickly back on the road.
